Aș reveni. În plus, voi recomanda această locație și altor persoane.

Micul dejun foarte bun. Greu de găsit ceva care să nu fi fost pe placul nostru. Camera frumoasă, curățenia se făcea zilnic. Așternuturi curate. Inclusiv aparate de ras, periuțe de dinți și pastă de dinți am găsit la baie.

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e simpáticos. De salientar a Eva que correspondeu a todos os nossos pedidos gentilmente e sempre muito simpática. Ajudando-nos e prestando o melhor serviço que conseguiu. O pequeno almoço é bastante bom e variado.

Tranquile Paradise on Palmas doorstep

Everything. Very friendly and professional staff. Beautiful hotel with lovely gardens. Very clean. Spacious rooms with fantastic views. Absolutely outstanding breakfast. Best place for a perfect holiday. Will be back soon. Highly recommended

Family friendly with outside activities . We enjoyed playing tennis , swimming and the nice gardens

Breakfast and dinner were excellent !! Staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate our needs

First night we didn’t get what we have booked we were told that we got upgraded ! The next day we we were move to a smaller accommodation and we had to wait and wasted few hours because of waiting to be moved to the new room we were very disappointed ☹️

Nice clean rooms, friendly staff, breakfast has nice options but the coffee is very average from coffee machine. Bus stop in front of the hotel, takes about 30 mins to Palma center

WIFI is poor. Food at the pool area is very average and overpriced. Sandy beach is 15 mins away, otherwise stone beach with stairs at the neighborhood hotel but using chairs and umbrellas there is not allowed. We asked for a food to go for kids food early check out and were promised to get it but nothing was ready in the morning,.Water in the shower changing from cold to hot

The dinner is served in a hotel in front of this one (same company), but they have a rule that men must wear long pants to enter. Also, no drinks are included at the dinner, you must pay even the water.

Nice hotel, but need some renovation

- Location - Breakfast is amazing!! - Room size - Staff very nice

- Some areas are a little bit old (stairs steps a little loose. Some wood close to the pool are loose too.) - The box glass from the bathtub dripped some water in the bathroom - Wi-fi doesn't work at all - Bring some food if you're arriving late because they don't have anything available to be ordered - There's no information/options available for touristic activities (boats, walking tours, etc)

Totally worth it for this money

Great food, various choice of meat and fish. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Will totally recommend.

Great holiday vibes

Great hotel. Very friendly staff. Excellent buffet breakfast and dinner, great selection and quality of food which was well presented. Rooms were slightly more traditional but with the added bonus of a large balcony and partial sea view. Free table tennis, crazy golf and tennis. Diving onsite (payable)

Please replace the horrid red carpet on the stairs from the lobby to the first floor. It really makes the hotel look tired and let’s the place down.

the staff is really friendly and make all efforts to make the guest’s pleasure stay.

it is really hard to load/unload the lugagge , it will be good to improve the parking area when you arrive by car at the hotel.

A little piece ofParadise

A huge thank you to all the wonderful and friendly staff at the Bonanza Park hotel. They were just brilliant - so friendly and helpful especially Eva, Franco and Marta at reception- nothing was a problem. Bianca at the pool and also at the terrace.bar every evening made us feel so welcome. Pool attendants were great and kept the place spotless -ike tge rest of the hotel. Room attendants were so nice and waited patiently for us to allow them in to service our rooms every day. Breakfast was wonderful as were the waiters. Altogether a wonderful relaxing gem of a hotel

very good place to stay in Palma , good location and very kind employees.

the location is very good, good breakfast , and the employes very kind and frendly. the reception people are very helpfull.

there isn’t any place to park the car when you arrive at the hotel and is hard to unload the lugagge.
