Superb

A little gem. Superb quality and comfort throughout. Extra little luxuries in the welcome pack and toiletries. Use of a peaceful garden space for relaxing. Well placed for exploring the forest and coast. David was an attentive and welcoming host. A lovely break. Fully recommended.

A delightful few days away.

Very clean and tastefully decorated. Comfy bed with everything you need for a short stay. A great location too with pubs, shops etc close to hand. Also easy access to the New Forest. Owner very friendly and helpful.

perfect for a short break

well situated for exploring the New Forest.The accommodation is comfortable with a good shower room and well planned use of space.

11/10 would stay again

David was on hand with anything we needed, helped navigate salisbury when going for a job interview and had many recommendations, bed was comfy and the shower was massive! Couldn't fault an incredible stay

Few cobwebs in the sliding bathroom door, but no spider so could just be dust, only thing needs cleaned

amazing place with all the little details to show the care they have put into the place.

I have been to many privately run places that were clean and tidy. This is the first place I have stayed where they took care in so many little details to make the visit even more special. My partner absolutely loved it and I will look no further than here if visiting again.

.Ideal location to the New forest (although not good for those who do not drive). A lovely setting and the Owl Barn was a delight to stay in..quality furnishing...was peaceful and had all what you needed for a self contained studio. On arrival we were supplied with fresh bread water milk and preserves by David which was a welcoming touch. We would recommend and if in the area again we would definitely return.

A welcome break in wonderful setting.

Excellent location very near the New Forest and Salisbury . A welcome parcel of bread , milk butter and preserves was great.David was very helpful and an excellent host. We highly recommend the barn accommodation.

Would happily recommend Newton Farm.

The room in Owl Barn had been recently refurbished so it was in very good condition. Despite the hot conditions the room remained tolerably cool and it was very quiet inside.

A couple of minor things that we brought to the attention of the owner, otherwise nothings.

Highly recommended - impeccable accommodation at very reasonable price

The location was perfect for us to visit the New Forest and surrounding areas. The host provided an email with precise and detailed instructions to find the place and allowed us to check in a little earlier. Host was most helpful in suggestion things to do nearby, there was an info booklet in the studio. They very kindly left home-baked bread, milk, coffee, tea and biscuits for us. The location is beautiful, we loved waking up listening to the birds.

I can honestly not think of any negatives... would have liked to stay a little longer.

The property was perfect, easy to find and not too far to drive from our home. It catered for our specific need. The welcome from David was professional and friendly and we were out at ease instantly.

A little piece of heaven in the middle of the forest. Peaceful and relaxing especially the small garden area. We have waited for 2 years for a break after covid. This was worth the wait. Thank you David, our host. And for the eggs from your chickens... we will be back. Loved little newt. Sad to leave.0

Amazing break

The place was so clean and a lot of thought went into the little details with fresh brad and butter awaiting us on arrival the hosts were extremely friendly and helpful.
