What's not to like? Private beach, excellent breakfast, great location.

Lovely resort. One can go there to relax and just use the facilities or as a "base" for going on long or short trips to the upper Galilee and Golan.
All was great!

right on the beach.
the dead flies outside filled the balcony

A wonderful location on the eastern shore of the Sea of Galilee. We stayed in one of the cabins with a direct view of the Sea. The room was spacious and comfortable. There even was a bottle of wine and a box of chocolates waiting for us (too bad we're teetotalers). While En Gev is not the center of the universe, we were able to take most enjoyable day trips south as far as Bet Shean and north to the Golan Heights. In addition, they recommended an excellent fish restaurant on the shore at the nearby kibbutz for dinner. The breakfast spread was unbelievable.
Unfortunately, the second and last day of our stay overlapped with the beginning of school vacation, so the dining room at breakfast was filled to the seams with unmasked people and screaming kids. But that's more indicative of the desirability of staying here than it is any sort of shortcoming on the past of the property.

contains everything we needed, rooms were pretty and comfortable and the location in the kinerret with a provate beach - amazing! breakfast was good, not a massive buffet but definitely a lot of healthy and tasty veriety
the vegan food isn’t exactly there yet - there was a lentil omelette but it was tasteless. there was, however, a lot of choice from the regular buffet and three types of plant milks

simple clean and right on the water. amazing breakfast!!
the rooms don’t have cutlery which is weird, plus it’s right by the water but there’s actually no access to the water…….. pity!

Surprisingly amazing hotel! This is not the kind of 'Bet Haaracha' we used to see in Israel, but rather a beautiful, super-clean and maintained in the best conditions. The Kinneret is right there outside your unit, and breakfast is very very good. We'll be back here, no doubt. Very recommended.
