Perfekt für Städtetrip

Alles Top. Zimmer schön, Betten super bequem. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Das Personal ist super nett und freundlich. Frühstück war sehr viel Auswahl. Für einen kleinen Aufpreis von 3,90€ pro Person kann man sich das Frühstück zur gewünschten Uhrzeit aufs Zimmer bringen lassen.

Samstag und Sonntag gibt es Frühstück bis 12:00. um 11:00 war mehr als die Hälfte leer und wurde auch nicht mehr nachgefüllt. Das ist aber der einzige Kritikpunkt

Excellent!

The staff were amazing, the room was great, and the breakfast was plentiful and very good. There were so many things to choose from. Everyone and everything was exceptional and better than expected. Comfortable beds, nice shower, and plenty of amenities. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Berlin.

No AC. I would have given 5* all around except our room got too warm. One day, it was warm and humid, but there was no way to turn the temperature down. The thermostat is set, and you can't make the room any cooler. The staff were nice enough to bring us a fan, but we still had problems sleeping.

Absolut empfehlenswert, weil es ein richtig gutes Hotel in guter Lage ist.

Wer ein sehr gutes Hotel in bester Lage sucht wird hier fündig! Personal sehr nett, Zimmer sauber und ordentlich, Frühstück super!

Natürlich ist das Hotel hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber es fällt nicht negativ auf!Wir würden es nochmal buchen!

Der Aufenthalt verführt zu mehr....

Wer sich in eine magische Hotelwelt verbunden mit einem Top-Service begeben mag, dem ist das Palace sehr ans Herz zu legen. Wunscherfüllung gepaart mit einer königlichen Gastlichkeit überraschten in einem besonderen Maße. Dankesehr für diese traumhafte Erfahrung an das gesamte Hotelteam.

Very comfortable

The location was fantastic, the rooms were vast and very clean, and the staff were nice and welcoming, they gave us a free upgrade and in reception we got help in buying EURO24 match tickets just two days before the match !!

The price was a bit high.

Gut ausgestattetes Hotel in bester Lage, das seinen Preis wert ist.

Außergewöhnlich umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet, gute Qualität, freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war neuwertig gestaltet, sehr angenehm auch das Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Tolles Lichtkonzept im Zimmer. Der Concierge war kompetent, aber weit weg von freundlich. Die Rezeptionscrew war ansonsten sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Entre und Aussenfassade sind auffrischungsbedürftig. Ist jedoch angesichts des aktuell guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses nicht so wichtig.

Hieman vanhahtava hotelli hyvällä sijainnilla.

Sijainti erinomainen, aamiainen erittäin hyvä, erityisesti viikonloppuna. Taksi lentokentältä kuului hintaa. Hotellin aulabaari tyylikäs, mutta palvelu kelvotonta.

Aulabaarissa erittäin hidas ja ammattitaidoton palvelu. Hotellin yhteydessä ginibaari jossa musiikki niin kovalla, että keskustelu ei ole mahdollista. Hotellin terassi tyylitön ja amatöörimäinen.

Friendly and helpful staff, well appointed room, great location

This is true of every German hotel I have stayed in for the last 26 years: the douvet is too small which makes for an awkward sleep; NOT specific to Hotel Palace which is a wonderful hotel

Enjoyed our stay

Personnel was great, always smiling and attentive. Location of the hotel was very good, train, metro and bus were nearby. Overall the hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also good.

An amazing hotel. We‘ll definitely come back

The location is perfect, just a few steps from the Ku’damm. The pool was amazing (the temperature of the water was perfect). The service at the hotel was excellent. We have had a problem with the shower and a technician immediately came and fixed it pursuant to our report. The breakfast was superb and the staff at the dining room was truly helpful. The junior suite was spacious and comfortable.

The variety of the cocktails at the bar could be improved.

Außerordentlich freundliches Personal- überall - ob Rezeption, Concierge, Bar , Zimmer , Spa - auffallend ! Der Spa ist toll!

Tatsächlich die Preise der Bar (Glas Wein )fand ich völlig überzogen…

"The One And Only"- für uns!

Das gesamte Haus befindet sich in sehr guter Lage, dennoch absolute Ruhe im Haus! Sehr freundliches Personal kümmert sich um alle Belange! Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, Ambiente zum Wohlfühlen! Unser Highlight: wieder mal ein Upgrade als Mitglieder im Leaders- Club erhalten; eine sehr angenehme Zeit in der Club-Lounge verbracht.... Danke!

Da gibt es wieder einmal nichts!

Zentrales Hotel mit Ambiente

Die Zimmer und das Hotel waren super sauber. Das Frühstück war wunderbar,alles dabei und viel Auswahl. Authentisch freundliches und zuvorkommendes Hotelpersonal, ohne dabei "schleimig" zu wirken,wie man das sonst von Hotels, mit einer höheren Kategorie kennt. Man fühlt sich als Gast willkommen. Der Spabereich hat bis 22 Uhr geöffnet und hat einen eigenen, dafür vorgesehenen Fahrstuhl,so muss man nicht erst an vielen anderen Gästen vorbei und kann gleich im Bademantel ins Spa. Bademäntel,Hausschuhe und ein kleiner Wasserkocher sind im Zimmer vorhanden. Das Hotel liegt auch sehr zentral,alles ist schnell zu erreichen.

Einfach alles top

Sehr ruhig, trotz absolut zentraler Lage. Zimmer sehr modern, alles recht neu und tolles bequemes Bett. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist große Klasse und das Schwimmbad hat uns auch gut gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich. Einfach alles top!

Man könnte sicher besser in den Ecken saugen, aber sonst war alles sehr sauber.

Top Hotel mit ein Paar Schwachpunkt im Bereich der Nachhaltigkeit

Pool und Frühstück waren sehr gut.

Im Pool war laut anderen Gästen das Spielen untersagt. Er dreht dort schon seit Jahren seine Runde und spielende Kinder hat er noch nicht gesehen. Weiter haben sich die meisten Gäste sich nicht vor dem Baden gehen geduscht. Sauna kostet 15 € pro mal. Bei dem Zimmerpreis nicht gerechtfertigt. Nachhaltigkeit wird nicht belohnt. Für vier Tage kann man auf die Zimmerreinigung mit neuen Handtüchern verzichten (im Spa Bereich wird man immer neu versorgt). Hier bekam man tatsächlich ein Schild, ob man wirklich auf die Zimmerreinigung verzichten will (Quatsch). Wenn man auf die Reinigung verzichtet kann man ja lieber mit einem Getränke- oder Saunagutschein locken.

Ein Traum in Berlin

wunderbare Service. Alle waren sehr bemüht unsere Wünsche gerecht zu werden. Das Essen im Restaurant, absulut lecker und unvergesslichen. Zimmern sehr schön . Es würde sehr wert auf Diskretion gegeben.. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder

Really good stay and a really good visit.

Great location and when there was a problem with cig smoke wafting into my room somehow they made it right and bumped me up to a suite. I stayed 5 days.

In my original room the stupid tub leaked when I ran a shower. That should be fixed. Mopped it up with extra towels.

Prima verblijf op een handige locatie, maar prijs kwaliteit valt tegen

Ontbijt was helemaal prima Zwembad was fijn, netjes en modern.

Bedden, waren 2 losse tegen elkaar aangeschoven. Geen inloopdouche zoals op de foto's Beetje gedateerde badkamer. Cocktail loungebar niet gezellig, was ook niks te doen.
