Ein Ort an dem man weilen kann

Sehr freundlicher Empfang und ausgesprochen herzliches Personal.

Das Badezimmer ist etwas älter. Trotzdem war alles sehr sauber und angenehm.

Una noche en Florencia

Buena ubicación, a un paso de la Academia. Todo el personal es muy amable, nos guardaron las maletas antes y después de nuestra estancia.

Las instalaciones son un poco viejas pero correctas y funcionales.

Great location, clean rooms, excellent breakfast with very welcoming staff,

Excellent location, just a short walk to the Duomo, staff were very welcoming and friendly. The Breakfast was exceptional and they had everything you could wish for. Clean rooms.

Nothing comes to mind, I thought it was perfect for us.

Πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία, κοντά στο κέντρο, σε αξιοθέατα και μπροστά σε πλατεία. Το προσωπικό πολυ ευγενικο, το δωματιο ωραίο με vintage διακόσμηση, καθαρό και άνετο. Το πρωινό ήταν επίσης καλό. Το 10άρι δεν το βάζω μόνο λόγω θορύβου που το βράδυ με την ησυχία ήταν αισθητός. Θα το ξαναπροτιμούσα.

Το μόνο αρνητικό ο εξωτερικός θόρυβος που ήταν αρκετά αισθητός μέσα στο δωμάτιο.

Très bon hôtel pour découvrir Florence à pieds

Emplacement dans le centre ville sur une belle place calme de Florence. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié Amabilité du personnel Chambre spacieuse, literie confortable

Il y avait juste un filet d'eau chaude sous la douche. L'hôtel manque d'insonorisation, il vaut mieux prévoir des bouchons d'oreilles

Posizione. Alla spalle del Duomo di Firenze in un quartiere frequentato molto dai residenti. Tranquillo e sicuro.

L’impianto di riscaldamento della camera che non poteva essere tarata su una temperatura fissata.

Weekend in coppia, siamo andati a Firenze appositamente per passare una domenica agli Uffizi

Posizione buona, non molto distante dal Duomo. Stanze pulite. Colazione salata e dolce, abbastanza varia.

Le camere non sono molto insonorizzate e il riscaldamento era veramente troppo alto. Sarebbe meglio dotare le camere di un termostato. Arredamento datato, ma funzionale.

Sorunsuz konakladık.

Otelin konumu gerçekten çok iyiydi, kahvaltı bölge standartlarına göre iyiydi. Sadece iki gece konakladık ve memnun ayrıldık.

Kahvaltıdan sonra sıcak içecek bulamamak kötüydü, otelde ortak kullanım alanı (lobi) yok.

La habitación muy bien, la cama cómoda nos cambiaron de habitación porque no funcionaba la calefacción trato del personal muy bien muy cerca de todo

El baño muy pequeño podían haber quitado un poco espacio de la habitación que es muy amplia y dárselo al baño

ottima la camera accogliente e pulita, bello il bagno, camera silenziosa e pulita, posizione abbastanza centrale

la colazione davvero poco varia nella parte dolce, ma soprattutto i cornetti davvero poco buoni, assolutamente da rivedere la camera bella ma sarebbe stato meglio avere un armadio "tradizionale", invece l'armadio aveva solo mensole dove poter riporre gli indumenti piegati, neanche uno spazio per appendere almeno una camicia

Inolvidable

ubicación en el mismo centro, desayuno muy bueno y muy bien servido por camarero amabilisimo, habitación decorada al estilo clásico antiguo (el edificio es un palacete de los típicos florentinos) pero muy buena, limpia y con todo lo necesario, incluido un aire acondicionado estupendo. El hotel tiene ascensor, Personal del hotel muy servicial, competente y amable. Aclaro que teníamos reservada una habitación normal y previamente hicimos un upgrade a una superior pagando un suplemento. Desconozco como son las otras habitaciones.

que la habitación no se puede tomar antes de las 14 horas.

Leckeres, reichliches Frühstück mit großer Auswahl an Gebäck, Obst, Joghurt-Toppings, uvm. Sehr nette Herren, die Kaffee und Cappuccino frisch zubereiten. Die Lage war sehr zentral und daher perfekt für uns. Auch Zimmer und Bad waren schön und für unsere Zwecke völlig ausreichend. Insgesamt war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis super!

Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig, aber mit festem Schlaf oder Ohrstöpseln ist das kein Problem.

Nel cuore di Firenze

Posizione ottima a 3 minuti a piedi dal Duomo e a 10 dalla stazione di S. Maria Novella. Stanza spaziosa, pulita e silenziosa, colazione continentale varia ed abbondante con prodotti freschi di pasticceria di qualità eccellente.

Unica pecca il letto matrimoniale con due materassi singoli.

Bom café da manhã, os atendentes do café são muitos prestativos. O quarto tinha café e travesseiros bons.

Na primeira noite o ar condicionado não estava funcionando, pedi um ventilador ou pra tornar de quarto mas não tinha disponibilidade, no segundo dia arrumaram.o ar condicionado e ficou tudo bem. O local do banho é muito pequeno, uma pessoa com mais de 1.80 m bate a cabeça no chuveiro, e se tiver mais de 100kg não consegue se mover dentro do local do banho.

Close to the main attractions

Excellent location very close to the cathedral. The staff were very friendly. The breakfast was very good - possibly the best I have had in a hotel.

Florence is very noisy so don't expect a completely quiet room. It was fine with the windows closed and there is air con.

In desperate need of a refurb, a good location but not worth the money

Great location, lovely staff member when we arrived, able to leave the luggage easily and good air conditioning.

It’s very tired, the bathroom had a single light for the whole room, grouting was damaged, tiles cracked and some mould on the sealant. It all needed some love

A good place to stay if you want to be in the center of it all

This was an okay place to stay in Florence, with a good breakfast. It was definitely close to everything and was located on a nice plaza in the historic part of Florence. It was nice that they provided free valet parking, though driving through the narrow streets to get there was a challenge.

The rooms were small and a bit outdated, especially the bathroom. The most difficult thing was the the air conditioning did not work and the room was too warm to sleep. Opening the window helped but it was too noisy outside to keep it open for long. Also, driving through the narrow cobblestone streets in Florence is difficult. It might be better to stay outside the old city and use public transportation to come in and see the sites.

The location and price make it worth overlooking the things I didn’t like.

The location is perfect.

the rooms are old and dark. The staff is unresponsive to messaging, you have to go to the front desk or call. The man at breakfast was nice as were the cleaning staff.
