The most amazing stay in Florence, everything was perfect.

The location was excellent. The hosts were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was wonderful, lots of space, good double glazing, couldn't hear a thing outside given a quite busy area. The bathroom had the most amazing shower. Would definitely recommend and I will stay there again. Thank you.

酒店很棒！开始以为是民宿去了才发现是类似酒店式公寓，有前台（需要注意前台非24小时营业），也可以在前台寄存行李，前台的工作人员很热情幽默。酒店位于领主广场的一栋楼上（自己找可能不太好找，可以问路边的餐厅工作人员），中心地区，吃饭买东西都很方便。出门两三分钟就是旧宫和乌菲兹美术馆，离百花大教堂步行十分钟，去城区任何地方游览都可以靠步行。晚上楼下的游客也很多，很安全。我们定的是顶楼的套房，两间卧室两个卫生间，客厅餐厅厨房都有，还有一个巨大的楼台，非常棒！本以为晚上会有点吵，但入住后发现还好。各种生活设施齐全！床很大很舒服。真的非常满意！！！强烈推荐！！！性价比极高！佛罗伦萨太美了～大爱～以后还会再来！

A good hotel in a great location

The location was amazing, walking distance to everything. The room was spacious and blackout shutter was great!

No breakfast available, small entrance area that open out onto the street can sometimes be quite busy

Great location with good views

Room was spacious, great view of the square. Bathroom and shower were excellent - lots of space. Clear instructions on how to get into the building out of hours. Good location, in the centre of the town perfect for tourists

Bed was uncomfortable and squeaked everytime you moved which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Due to location in can get noisy late at night

Great location, quiet despite being in such a busy area.

The location was excellent. We were on the 5th floor overlooking the Square.

The only concern was our wheezy aircon. Because it was not functioning too well we left it on while out to keep the room cool enough, something we would never normally do.

A convenient, clean, excellently located apartment

Great to be so central but to be in a very quiet apartment. Great air con. Location meant we could pop back easily whenever we needed / wanted. Very friendly staff and helpful Option of garage facility v helpful (but quite expensive @ €40/day)

The lack of any views felt a little strange at times but we just went out when we wanted views! The mattress was a little dipped.

Unique Room in a perfect location.

The location is perfect - right on Piazza della Signoria. Window opens to the Piazza, but once closed, room was soundproof. Room was clean and unique. Comfortable bed. Lift to help with luggage. Florence is a very walkable city and this hotel was perfectly situated. We came to Florence after a long day of travel and we really appreciated the friendly welcome from the staff.

For our purposes, there was nothing we did not like. For those with step issues, even with the lift, you will have a few steps to climb and our room had a few steps to get to the bathroom from the bedroom area. We liked the uniqueness of the room.

Decently appointed apartment in the heart of Florence.

Great location, right on Piazza della Signoria which puts you within walking distance to many of Florence’s attractions. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

Decor was ok without being completely up to date. The sofa bed was effectively right at the door to the apartment and facing the kitchenette, so one of the three of us travelling didn’t get much privacy. Would have been ideal to have a washing machine, but there is a laundry close by.

Great location, but beware the lack of creature comforts.

Location was great!! Close to all of the major tourist sights in Florence such as the Uffizi, Duomo, Ponte Vecchio, Accademia, Pitti Palace, etc. also lots of restaurant options nearby.

We were on the 6th floor. The elevator was tiny and only went to the 5th floor. Difficult or impossible for someone older or disabled such as my wife and I. Hotel staff offered no help with luggage. One of the bathrooms in the room was basically a phone booth crammed with a sink, shower and stool. Not much room for a person.

Loved it! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

This was an excellent location! Right in the middle of a beautiful, although busy, Piazza. Close to many great restaurants and attractions! The staff was also super helpful and courteous. Nice room, nice big bed and big shower!

The only thing I would suggest is that it’s hard to find when you first arrive. There’s a very small placard by the door of the unit. It’s easy to miss if you don’t know where to look.

Large, comfortable, quiet apartment in the heart of Florence!

The bed was giant! I loved it. Nice and quiet even though it’s in a busy area. Staff were very helpful. Very large apartment.

Some things were a bit dated or damaged. For instance the shower handle was damaged, paint was peeling on the ceiling in the shower.

Beautiful room and awesome staff.

From the front desk staff right through every amenity provided, this hotel surpassed our expectations. The front desk staff was so friendly and accommodating, and the room itself was lovely. The elevator really helped, as my father has mobility issues, and even though we were in a busy square (which was a plus, since it was a super short walk to the Uffizi Gallery), we hardly heard any street noise.

INCREDIBLE accommodation and view--could not have asked for more!!

A magical experience--with a view that was unbelievable! Could not have asked for more or imagined having such wonderful accommodation in a magical city. The facilities were great and the hosts/staff were incredibly helpful. HIGHLY recommend!!

The location ruled this hotel. Very Central. Close to all attractions, bars and restaurants

Location was brilliant. Central to the whole of Florence in the Piazza Signoria square. You can walk to everything in the city from here both side of the river. View was excellent of the area from the windows, no balcony to most of the rooms(as per promotion picture/images giving a difference impression) but was not a problems as this was expected. Room was basic. Our advice would be to pre-book in advance all the attractions you wish to visit, very long queues to all we went to but managed to skip most by doing this. Earlier in the day the better.

Rooms were expensive for what you got, so was disappointed. Due to location there was noise in the early hours, but not too bad at the time of year we went, with it being cold. Room was basic with a small kitchenette area with really nothing in it. Would be difficult to cook a full dinner if preferring to stay in. Lack of tea and coffee in the room, having to ask for more as there were no replacements once we had our first cup. Shower could have had a make over as it looked tired and the floor had uncomfortable tiles down.

Exceptional

Price was great. Location was perfect, everything was within a 10-15 min walk including groceries and tourist destinations. Very spacious and clean. Liked the view of the square. Kitchen was very useful (there is no oven though). Staff were extremely helpful, professional and friendly, they make sure everything is prepared for you beforehand, are always available on the booking.com chat space and they also helped with easy taxi access. I did think I was booking a full blown hotel though XD It was more of an apartment with hotel services, the only things they didn’t offer that hotels do are in-room dining and a 24 hour desk. However, they are open from 9-5 and do inform you about the self-services available. I noticed most of the hotels in Florence are like that and it was as comfortable as a hotel to me.

Nothing at all. The staff were welcoming, the rooms are airy and warm. The kitchen area is tight. But really, as a first trip to Europe. I was very satisfied.
