Brilliant value for money, fabulous breakfast buffet, would return there gladly and hopefully will.

If I could rate the staff out of 100, they would get 200/100! Every single individual working there, from the buffet/service staff in the morning to the reception desk, cleaning is exceptional. Polite, professional, courteous and accommodating. The rooms are beautiful, the view from our hotel room was directly over the bay/sea in front of the hotel. Linen and towels are changed, if one wants, on a daily basis and a free beach/pool towel is provided, again on a daily basis.

There's only one (somewhat significant) flaw with the location. The parking availability is extremely limited, which means that if you have special needs or limited mobility, this is probably not the place for you. There is no designated parking space for the handicapped (not reasonable for a so-called EU country). If you return late at night or at a time when the parking spaces are occupied, you'll be ditching your (rental or not) car or moped anywhere. And some of the "anywhere" locations are dark and very remote.

Lovely Holiday, nice hotel great location.

After a tricky start due to lack of communication from front desk (kept waiting without update for our room) we were very happy. The manager intervened and things happened quickly. Decent hotel as described, our room was on the top floor with a jucuzzi which enjoyed great views. The local beaches are great and the location meant that Skiathos town was easily reachable by taxi or water taxi. Staff very friendly. Baracoa is great - beach bar on Tzaneria (?) beach, but do make sure you book ahead for a sunbed. Kanapitsa beach has a Taverna which was my favourite place to eat as its a very traditional Taverna with great traditional greek food and good service. Overall a lovely holiday.

Only real downsides were breakfast room is small, food fairly average and getting a taxi can be hit and miss. Either turn up early/late/dont show.

Property was lovely. Very clean. Rooms were bright and clean and spacious. Staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble.

Its about 15-20 mins from the town but easy to reach in a taxi.

Strongly Recommended 4* hotel

Excellent hotel. As a returning customer, i was surprised with what i saw. A totally "new" hotel, with clean rooms and halls (all the shared spaces were sparkling clean, the stuff was very friendly and helpful in each and any request i did, the breakfast was (finally) very rich and tasteful. I suppose there was a change in management witch transformed this hotel to a true 4+star hotel! Awesome job. Ill definitely suggest this hotel and return for some summer vacation days there, next year.

Beyond ridiculous!

My husband and I are not usually fans of complaining about service or things that accidentally go wrong, but we did nearly die, so I think we need to highlight some deficiencies. 5th of July 2022 – Day 1, our check-in We were taken to our “Inland view” room. It was actually a view over a septic tank and when the door on the balcony was opened there was a strong smell of raw sewage. This was obviously not acceptable, we therefore asked to change rooms. It took almost 8 hours for them to re-accommodate us in a room that was not clean. 6th of July – Day 2 We went to the beach in the morning, came back at around 7PM. No housekeeping visit in our room for the day. 7th of July – Day 3 We went to the beach in the morning. Came back at around 7PM. No housekeeping visit in our room for 2 days now. Still no soap, no shampoo, luckily, we had toiled paper left. Pointed out this misunderstanding to the receptionist, who did not take any notice. Neither did the Manager. 8th of July – Day 4 Floors have mud stains; sand everywhere. Came back around the same – 7PM. No housekeeping visit in our room for 3 days now. Still no supplies. Still dirty and sandy floors. 9th of July – Day 5 It was raining cats and dogs. We went for a drive and when we got back, we were really happy to find out our room was finally cleaned for the last night of our stay. Unfortunately, on walking in there was an electrical short circuit and a fuse blew on the electrical board. We were desperate to use the bathroom and get ready for our last evening. Instead, we had the pleasure of an electrician in the bathroom for an hour and half with nowhere else to go. He decided that this was not possible to fix for the day. We were moved to a new room. This was getting beyond ridiculous now. It took ages – we waited for at least 2 hours before we were taken to it. A room that had only the sheets on the bed and towels changed. The room was filthy! All the hard, soft and liquid bodily and other leftovers from

from the previous guests were still there; just jaw droppingly bad! There was no duvet cover, just a sheet under a duvet. Apparently, the hotel did not have any left. At this stage anything was believable. 10th of July – Day 6, last day of our stay At around 6AM I was woken up by a hard hit on my forehead. I screamed and woke up to find myself covered in broken glass. The 1.7m x 1.5m, heavy MDF board that covered the air conditioning unit had come off from above the bed and landed with some force on top of us. Unfortunately, the first thing that fell and broke was the large picture with glass that was mounted on the front of the MDF panel. The glass had shattered and was all over us, mainly our heads, necks, down to our waists. The MDF board was on top, pressing all the glass against us. We woke up in shock, not really understanding immediately what had happened, feeling the broken glass everywhere, before moving checking to see if either of us had injuries. At first, we couldn’t move, because the sharp glass was everywhere and because of the weight of the MDF board. My husband was bleeding, my forehead was pretty sore. Once we were up and could assess what had happened, I went to reception. The guy came in with a defibrillator! We consider ourselves extremely lucky getting out of that bed with only 1 bruise and 2 cuts. It could have been a lot worse. That glass could have easily gone into one of our eyes, throat, face! We were moved to the new room on the top floor - room number 4 for a 5 night stay! Needless to say it was filthy and also flooded from the rain the day before. At around 2PM we checked ourselves out of the hotel. We were not offered any compensation of any kind. The manager of the Hotel – Nikos Zachariou, only said “So sorry!” and walked and walked off as we were asked to pay in full for this experience.

Excellent stay in Radisson Reseort Plaza Skiathos

The property is brand new and so beautiful and modern, the staff was very welcoming and friendly. No complaints from us! We travelled for 5 nights with our 3 children, booked 2 rooms and were treated very nicely by all the staff. The beds are comfortable, the linen is of good quality, the towels are changed every day, the beach towels are so practical and the pool is gorgeous! What more could you need for vacation?

There really wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

The hotel management duped my grown children into moving from separate rooms to a shared room withou

We booked three double rooms for family stay. On the second day our grown up children and their respective partners were offered an 'upgrade'. In reality they were tricked into moving to a shared family room clearly to make room for other guests. When we complained the management team were indifferent. The general manager remained unavailable and unwilling to discuss the matter despite requesting to speak with him over five times.

The closest beach is Kanapitsa - visit Costas & Gabis Boat Rental, they are great!

- new hotel - nice staff - nice pool - great breakfast

- no own beach - staff and hotel is very new and they have to get in a better work flow - extremely noisy because the doors are very thin but they close with a big boom - AC is extremely loud - don’t understand why because it’s new - we got every day new towels although we didn’t require
