Good location and great value for money compared to many other hotels in Madrid. Hotel is close to public transport and walking distance to restaurants, bars, supermarket & shops. Basic decoration but clean and confortable rooms with good shower, wi-fi & desk. Staff is friendly & welcoming. Option to include buffet breakfast at a reasonable price.
Could not open window as it was broken but not a major issue as there was air conditioning.

Hotel was clean, staff was nice, quiet neighborhood, we had fridge, close to metro and bus stations. It is well connected to the city centre.
Minor issues were: Our room was smaller than we thought, the window in the room wouldn't stay open without some support.

Well good enough

The rooms were ok, but quite small and the beds were decent but could use new mattresses. The neighborhood was ok, you could walk to some good restaurants.
The bathroom needed to be renovated, the door was all chipped and water stained. The beds could have been more comfortable. The breakfast was a joke. Lines for the coffee machine, overcooked dry eggs, salty ham, white bread. There was nothing good about the food.

It was a good place to stay, simple but clean.

So quiet and comfortable
Very small Tv + i don't like the idea of the small refrigerator you should pay extra cash for drinks also so expensive small coca cola 1.20€ ,even poor hostels they give free water and coffee ...

Value for Money -- compared to other hotels in Centro Madrid, the hotel provided excellent value for money
One thing...while their address was listed correctly on Booking.com, the Google Map will direct you to a different location about a block away from the actual hotel...this could be confusing for furst-time travellers.

I always stay here when I come to Madrid, good price, good service and close to the Metro.
The PILLOWS! It really is time to change them.

We loved the location and especially to be very close to a 24/7 Carrefour express store. Very convenient when you arrive very late. Check in was very late (11:00 pm) but we didn't have any problems. The AC worked fine and the bathroom was clean and with a good shower (excellent water pressure for a relaxing shower)
Just the pillows, they were very flat and we need to ask for an additional one.

The hotel is located within walking distance from the Tetuan metro station. One can easily travel to the heart of Madrid by catching a metro from Tetuan (Line 1). The breakfast served was nice. The room was comfortable and cozy. The hotel is located in a quite neighbourhood opposite a small park, but within walking distance of many eateries and a bustling marketplace.
The hotel cleaning staff talked very loudly amongst themselves. They woke me up earlier than I planned when they came to clean rooms on my floor, and I couldn't go back to sleep again due to their loud chatting. The staff should work quietly/talk softly, and ensure that they do not disturb the sleep of the hotel guests.

The room was very comfortable. I was able to check in an hour earlier - thanks for that! If you are looking for cheap, good accommodation in this area (Estadio Santiago Bernabéu), you are definitely not wrong here!
Unfortunately the breakfast didn't really work. I came into the breakfast room with several people at the same time, several dishes (scrambled eggs, bacon, etc.) were finished at the buffet and were not refilled as long as I was there (over 15 minutes).
4.5
We liked the breakfast, there was variety. The beds were super comfortable and they provided extra pillows when requested.
The only thing that did not work was the extractor in the bathroom.
