Relaxing hols

Loved the location close to Nicholas Park which was amazing and warick castle .The breakfast was very good .The staff were friendly and helpful.Quite location great .

Pillows were hard and towels but bed very comfortable. Bed .Would of liked milk sachets in the bedroom ,we had to go and ask which was fine ,the lady brought us up a jug but if you wanted a cuppa then couldn't as you'd have to keep asking for milk .Normally you have them in your room .Only a little problem overall good 👍

Weekend stay

The room was lovley the location was good . The food was excellent and the owners were lovely . Never had such pleasant hosts . Would highly recommend this place !!!

Nothing to complain about the only downside for me was I found the bed a little hard but that's personal choice .

Very sweet

Bruna is so lovely and welcoming, we felt at home from the second we walked in the door. Didn’t know what to expect but we were delightfully surprised at the quirkiness of the Villa and the homely environment this family had created. Breakfast was delightful with both hot and cold options served, it really made our day better! The staff here are incredibly helpful and lovely and our stay was nice.

The door to our room (16) didn’t shut properly whilst we were there and didn’t lock which made us feel a little unsafe at night.

Comfortable, friendly place to stay if you are exploring Warwickshire

Lovely room, nicely decorated and furnished, friendly teddy bear, tea and coffee etc, everything absolutely spotless. The bathroom was very well appointed and spotless, with a walk-in shower. The owners were absolutely lovely and really friendly. It was the last two days before Christmas and they were getting ready to host their family, but that did not stop them from being extremely attentive. Bruna was always on hand if you needed something, or just for a chat, and Marco served up an excellent English brekkie. Our room was at the back of the hotel, and very quiet. There was plentiful private parking behind the hotel. This would make an excellent base for anyone exploring Warwick/Kenilworth/Stratford and is just a few minutes walk from the centre of Warwick. There is a bus stop right outside for buses to Kenilworth/Leamington and Coventry. The railway station, with direct connections to London, Oxford, Leamington and Coventry is just a few minutes walk from the hotel.

Lovey 2 night break in Warwick in this lovely guest house

Beautiful guest house. Wonderful pictures all over the house by Jack Vettriano (my favourite). Excellent cooked breakfast. Lovely to have fresh milk for tea & coffee making facilities in the room. Good location for Warwick castle and the town. Good selection of restaurants and pubs in the area. Very friendly and helpful hosts

Great B&B in perfect location with ample of parking

Perfect location if you want to visit Warwick Castle, by train half an our to Birmingham. Parking was no problem at all, even with a VW Caravelle, you just need to find the entrance to the alley way. Hotel itself was great. Wonderful hosts, very helpful and good communication. Rooms were very clean, newly renovated, nothing to complain about. Would always stay again.

Friendly home from home

The owner was very friendly, and I was made to feel at home. The room was spacious, and airy, and there is a large garden area to sit in. There was a teddy bear on the bed, which was a nice touch.

Friendly B&B in Warwick

Room was clean.Owner was very friendly and her son Marco made special home cooked breakfast. Plenty of Parking space. All positive. Thank you Bruna.

Nice stay, would stay again :)

Friendly staff made us feel welcome. The facilities were excellent and modern. It was a short walk to get to Warwick town centre and the castle.

Exceptional

The Cambridge Villa is a beautiful, converted mid-terrace period town house, this means it is not accessible for disabled patrons but this is not the fault of the establishment itself. There is a decent sized car park behind the property accessible by a slightly difficult to see access road. The hosts are amazing. Welcoming, friendly and helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The room I was in was spacious and comfortable, it was well kept and clean. Breakfast was delicious too, I could have eaten 2 or 3. They were also very accommodating of my dietary requirements and preferences. I can not recommend this place enough and if I need to stay in Warwick in the future I will be booking with them.

Pleasing hotel in a lovely city to which we will return.

We were made so very welcome. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was outstanding.

The plumbing was rather noisy, and the shower needed 1) a grab rail for us oldies to hang on to and 2) a soapdish or shelf within the shower to put shampoo etc on. But it didn't detract from the stay.
