The hotel was better than I had imagined and was very quiet. The reception was very good.

Bought a discount voucher for evening meal and breakfast.

On entering the the front door entrance , a pile of cardboard cups polythene waste was the first thing you saw before you actually got to reception.

Apart from the member of staff who checked me in on the Monday, the rest were disinterested or just hard to find.

Bed was comfortable.

Motorway services coffee and food next door. The north bound exit was difficult to use, often having to wait 10 minutes for someone to answer the phone to move the barrier.

Was difficult to get to travelling northbound, some issues with cleanliness of some things such as the bath which had a rusty stain in the bottom

Perfectly adequate for a very short stop between driving long distances.

No frills but perfectly adequate for a short stay over. The lady on reception was lovely. Made a single female traveller feel welcome.

Clean, comfortable room

The lady on reception was very polite and helpful and very accommodating, I travelled with 2 children for a dance competition, room was clean and comfortable and definitely good value for money.

We went to our room and you could push the window open and shut from the outside as the window lock was broken, in all fairness the lady on Reception said its no problem and asked did we want to move to a different room.

Passable

Good location. Comfy beds. Extra pillows in the room. Plenty of room for my family.

Only had enough milk for 1 cup of tea for me and my partner. Still make up around the sink from previous people who stayed in the room.

Easy to get to if travelling northboud

The price for our stay was awesome. We were on the way back from a very long journey and I needed a night sleep! Was able to book and within the hour in the hotel. Easy to get to if travelling Northbound too so there will be instructions on how to get there exclusively rather than turning around at the next junction - there is a bridge that Days Inn customers can use at the junction. The lady at the reception was really nice too.

Good for a last minute overnight stay

It’s situated in another way service station so it’s as you would expect expect, staff were lovely

It’s a bit old and creaky, very warm as there was no air conditioning so I had sleep with the window open and then there was loads of traffic noise. Very limited breakfast options.

very basic and room could have done with a makeover but super cheap and great location. so can’t complain! excellent service especially reception staff.

The lady on reception was lovely, and helpful. The bed was very comfy and all bedding was clean and crisp.

The hotel is somewhat dated. The soft furnishing have seen better days, the artex on the bathroom ceiling was peeling off, and there was mould in some places. The door handle to the roof was also faulty and close to falling off.
