Loved it here!! the views were stunning and all of the staff were so helpful, the pool is beautiful nice & deep for swimming. The property is situated close to the bus stop for Kardemena & Kos Town. The little courtesy bus to & from the beach was a bonus as it’s a bit of a hike back up if you miss it!
There were a lot of steps up to the room which were difficult with the luggage, as a group of women the offer of a little assistance at check in would have been appreciated, also I would have liked written information about the hotel and facilities rather than QR codes.

The views were stunning and the staff were great.
I’ve never known queing like it. Queues were so long for meals and drinks that we didn’t bother half the time so wasted the all inclusive. Meals didn’t open on time, the facilities are not big enough for the hotel. Hotel was on a huge hill, not for the faint hearted. Room floors were slippy, I had a nasty accident and there were ants.

- The room is very nice: nicely finished, comfortable, spacious, clean, quiet. The bathroom is also nice and spacious
- Helpful and friendly staff
- Nice little convenience store close to the reception
- The AC is brand new and works really well and quietly.
- The glasses and dishes in the restaurant are dirty and the waiters didn't like it wait I pointed that out. They were not just a little bit dirty... They had big, easily noticeable food stains
- The transfer to the beach only starts at 9:30 and is highly irregular. The driver doesn't follow the schedule at all and often departs with an empty car or as soon as the first guest arrives at the pickup spot. Very frustrating!
- The swimming pools (including the "private" ones) only open at 9:00 and close at 18:00! During summer, you're missing 4 or 5 hours of the best sunlight (and least dangerous to your skin) at the swimming pool.
- The main restaurant makes the same good every day. You do have few options but after a couple of days you're already craving something different.
- The bar at the beach only opens at 10:30! If you go to the beach with the earliest transfer (9:30) you have to wait 1 hour before you can get any drink, including water.
- The restaurant at the beach only opens at 12:30 and only has 3 options: gyros, hot dogs and burgers. The lines get very long

Food and staff were lovely
Not much to do on a wet and windy few days in May.
9.0
Nice place with nice view, all inclusive was very good.
9.0
the staff are amazing - shout out to Silvia who made our stay so good
the room location was down an echoey hallway which wasn’t ideal for small children or baby as it can be noisy with people at night

Beautiful all inclusive hotel in the heart of Kos, we were spoiled with food drinks at the hotel & at the beach
Nothing

Great food with friendly staff
3.0
the staff were friendly
The hotel is small and caters for large number of guests so the queue for dining, getting drinks and reception are long and time consuming.

Good food, nice staff.

Great staff, nice maisonette with pool, good food. Dedicated general manager, animation by Daphna and Adam was top! The Rock band on our 10th day was amazing! All of our individual requests were fully and immediately fullfilled.
The kids club location close to road and main entrance was the only minor disadvantage. Would be great to have it inside the hotel territory.

breakfast very good

shared pool was pretty much the best thing about it, and the beach restaurants shared by all properties
food, drinks, decor, entertainment, value not great, we felt like we were the budget option and it was too obvious that they didn’t care about guests from our property

the hotel is old, beds are not as comfortable and showers don't have a lot of pressure

Staff was very nice and polite! Place is incredible! Room with sea view has swimming pool in front of balconi. Greek music on Saturday night was so cool. I'd recommended this place to anybody. I am impressive! Such lovely and cozy place!

the service was amazing. and the facilities too.
the Mini disco and show were also best for kids
well to be honest there is a great variety of food but it’s not high level .
the drinks and cocktails were great though.
5.0
how attentive the staff were, also the variety available at meal times.
the private pool ensured we didn’t have to enter into the usual sun bed battle field we have experienced in the past.
I feel the shear size of the property gave you the feeling were on an expedition up Mount Everest with way too many people,

Really nice view from the hotel
Delicious drinks, based on uncommon recipies. Worth to try. Probably one of the best drinks i have ever try in all inclusive hotels.
Nice atmosphere
Booking.com rating is a little bit misleading. For 8.5 points and for that price I expected sth more and higher quality.
Average food - not good, not bad (as for 4* hotel).
Very small common areas so there is a crowd in the restaurant (sometimes you have to wait in queue for a free table), crowds at the pool, which makes this hotel very noisy. After three days I felt tired of this noise.
Poor aircondition (at least in my room) - the power of AC unit was probably to low so even if AC was switch on for the entire night it was impossible to cool down the room to nice temperature (eg. 23 degrees)
No greenery, only concrete, concrete and concrete..
The restaurant looked rather like a canteen in a workplace or school - to small for that numbers of tables, simple, noisy and not nice.
Would I recommend this hotel to friends? Rather not.
I would recommend to pay a little more and find better 5* hotel or even better idea - hop on the ferry and go to Bodrum (40 minutes) , where for the same price (or even lower) you will get far better 5* resort with lots of spaces, garden, delicious food and nice swimming pools. There is really no reason to stay on Kos island for week or so. One or two days is enough to visit the island and then Bodrum would be better choise with better value for money. IMO.
Before this hotel I spent few days in a really nice hotel in Bodrum, so the comparison can influence the disadvantages which I described above.

We received a better room with pool than we booked. The staff is very friendly and helpful, including receptionists, waiters, cleaners. They work a lot but they always smile and are ready for helping the guests to fulfill all their requests. Very nice gesture that they gave our children selfie stick as present. The meal was always excellent, a wide range of tasty food, fantastic sweets. The bars have great cocktails selection. We went to sandy beach (Paradise Beach) by car, 'cos the hotel own strand is pebble beach.
I really can not say anything bad against the hotel. Sometimes we have to wait a bit long at the bars for a drink but not so bad.

Breakfast, lunch and diner; all perfectly organized and more than enough choice! Friendly and helpful staff. Room with attached (shared) swimming-pool was a very nice plus!
Rooms a bit outdated. Extremely annoying is that the rooms are not soundproof. A large hallway which functioned as an echo-room and especially in the middle of the night when other guests decide to search for their bed in a extremely loud way. Fully understand the concept all-inclusive but some guidance or some supervising would be nice when all the liquor sinks in

The all inclusive was fantastic. All staff were so friendly. The views were amazing and we loved our swim up room.
The queue for the main bar. The choice of food for kids wasn't great.

Everything was great. Most of the stuff are cool and friendly! :) Dishes at kitchen also was great! During day there is some activities. On evening you can chill in the bar! There's also a free bar at the beach. Also you can get some snacks and ice cream on the beach during specific hours.
Hills. Pretty boring for walking. Wi-Fi in room was lacky. We faced couple of electricity outages. Far away from the bitch. Car rental price is too high.
10.0
Minibar included.
Pool connected to the room.
Excellent food and drink on the beach.
Ultra amazing relax zones
The Beach is, far away
