Great Location and facilities, excellent value for money
Nothing - all was good

They are TRYING. I got intrigued by the warm feedback from other travelers, however I may not be using their drugs.
First of all, the place is NOT wheelchair accessible! Secondly, if English is your favorite language, do yourself a favor and find a different place. Thirdly, if you like it more quiet, maybe this is also not your favorite pick. Lastly, if you like to stay warm, you defined have to consider a different alternative. I was freezing and only got up after convincing myself for over an hour. Oh, if you think a hot shower would do the trick, wait five minutes, then you could enjoy the ride.
See above. Friendliness may not be their major strength

Perfect location for us.
Super friendly staff and owners who made you feel very welcome.
Exactly as described, very clean and great value for money.
Amazing choice at dinner in a really charming restaurant with fantastic atmosphere that is only a 2 minute walk from the guest house.
Thank you.

Very good location and good value
Inadequate snack bar - not even a chilled beer

All!
Location could not be better, a few feet from pedestrian street and a few minutes from the riverside Guidiana.
Guest house was seemingly very newly restored, very clean and nice. Although for the renovation I would choose another contractor, some of the solutions for ventilation and water had some interesting finishes 😉
Staff was very nice.
Some noise from streets could be expected, but in the city centre this must be accepted.
The city itself is just amazing. My second time here, and don't miss it! Food.is great, life is great, and people welcoming as I feel all over Portugal!
Bed was allegedly hard, but perfect for my liking 😉
Nothing, although for some the bed would be very hard.
Some street noise could happen.

There was smell of smoke

Very pleasant and friendly people.
Quiet room, comfortable
The air conditioning was and is in need of a cleaning. Filter clogged with "stuff" made it difficult to warm the room.

I didn’t have wifi in my room

Nothing particularly bad. But the sink and loo were a little loose. This didn't cause a problem and was not unusual for accommodation in Europe.
Parking round the corner on a meter. 2€ for about 4 hrs.Free after 10pm. Great location. Comfy bed. Excellent price. Very clean room. Drink and food machine in reception. Helpful staff.

The beds are comfy rooms are super clean. A/C for such a price is a gem!
The staff was just not helpful... When I asked for recommendations what to do in the city, I was told by the owner "I don't have time for this, I have to do my job", as if hospitality is not the job on a hostel...
In my room the wifi didn't work for most people

Room was a bit tight for 3beds and small fridge with a few Plates, knifes etc would be usufull, however all good- we spent all days outside, not sitting in the room
