An impressive looking hotel

Very polite staff, excellent room service (good food, kind service). Beautiful surroundings, decoration and atmosphere! Limousine bus direct to and fro Narita airport, though is the last hotel stop from Narita airport which makes it an extra half hour to destination, at the very least.

The room sheets were not clean, I could smell it by the time I got into bed. Had to improvise and use towels to sleep on. The room also had an adour upon entry. I used alcohol spray and perfume to balance out the smell. It was evening when I arrived and too tired to complain. It was just one night but at this price level it really was not up to expectations, sadly.

Best Hotel stay we have ever experienced. The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel was beautiful and wonderful. The beds were comfortable. We loved that the subway station was just underneath the hotel. The location was great. Everything was excellent and amazing. 10/10 we would absolutely stay here again. True Japanese hospitality at its finest.

Capitol Hotel is always a great hotel to stay in. Nice rooms and great service and great location

Nice hotel, but overcharged and location can be better

They overcharged me despite our agreement with booking.com, the last two nights was different from the first two nights. Have send aan email, awaiting reply

Beautiful Luxury Hotel in Akasaka

the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. the rooms were comfortable and beautiful and spotlessly clean. City views from the rooms are gorgeous.

Location (quiet and conveniently located to metro), size of rooms, quality of service from the staff (from the front desk, concierge team, bell captain desk to housekeeping)

everything! the quiet elegance of the facilities and staff. we loved our stay.

there was a snafu with our rate. they were polite and kind. we had the written confirmations needed and it was all fine.

The view was amazing. The bathroom had a floor to ceiling window, and nice shower heads. Everything felt premium.

No heated toilet seat and the second drain in the bathtub was super low for a bath that would only overflow into the shower.
