Temizler ve çalışanlar güler yüzlü.
Kesinlikle yatak ve yastıklarını beğenmedim. En önemli şeyde bu. Yastıklar plastik boncuklardan doldurulmuş. Aşağıdan seçiyorsunuz ama onlar da rahat değil. Yatak uzun zaman kullanılmış. Çöküntülük var. Çok rahatsız etti bizi.
Metroya kesinlikle uzak. Konumu iyi sandık ama kesinlikle değil bilginiz olsun. Baya sıcakta nemli hava da yürümek zorunda kalıyorsunuz.

Friendly, helpful staff, wonderful free breakfast, great location, and a nice onsen. There were also nightgowns for use, and you could choose an extra pillow from a selection in the lobby
No gym and rooms are very small, so exercise was difficult; very firm beds and pillows, which is not my preference, but the extra soft pillow worked well

Quiet
Rooms are a bit small

Perfect location, next to Shinjuku main attractions, restaurants and public transport. Also the employees were very helpful, very good breakfast. The room is the average size for japanese standards, but very comfortable and clean.
The pillows were very hard.

C’è l’onsen disponibile che non è niente male anche se in orari diversi uomo/donna
Camera molto piccola e prezzo non proprio contenuto ma per la zona ci sta, è tutto caro

Great location close to train station and busy district of Shinjuku . Lots of places to eat. Easy to move around the city. Breakfast was also very good value for money . Amenities were good as well
Beds could be more comfortable and bedrooms are small

Good location and convenient. Different types of pillows to choose from.
The room and elevator are small.

The staff is really friendly
A bit far for travelers
1.5 / 5.0
Not a lot. Relatively convenient.
Bed was just 2, very clearly old mattresses, on top of each other. Well beyond their lifespan. Bedsheets were just laid on top, not folded in any way.
Room was small, tired.
Was the most expensive hotel I had during 3 weeks travelling across Japan, and by far the worst. Would not stay here again.

早餐
位置離地鐵站有點遠,拖大行李箱很不方便
1.5 / 5.0
Location very convenient, 8 mins on foot to Shinjuku station. Easy to find. Daily breakfast provided was great.
Breakfast timing too short 7am to 9am only.
Do take note room is extremely small and there's only one elevator.

el desayuno delicioso y la atención, tienes enfrente un seven y unos kebabs en las noches muy ricos

Convenient located
There is only one elevator and pillow is too hard for my liking

Staff were great, comfortable hotel, good location
Rooms were quite small but I guess to be expected in Tokyo!

the location was close to things you need and areas were walkable, a little far from train but quick taxi ride. Good staff, female night clerk was very helpful making sure our luggage was transferred to the airport for us. Breakfast was good.

Very close to the action in Shinjuku. There was an Onsen. Breakfast stayed open a bit longer than posted times.
Mattress was very old. Pillows were very hard. Lineups for the single elevator.

Small, but good value in a good location. It doesn't cater to Western tourists, but that was part of the charm.

Breakfast was exceptional, with variety of choices and taste very good
Hot spring was perfect after a day out
Very clean hotel, staffs are helpful and good wifi

The breakfast was great. The hot spa was also good and unusual!
The rooms were very small with barely any room to move around. The bed was set against the wall, which made it claustrophobic for the person sleeping against it.

Awesome value for money and super fun breakfast. Rooms are small, simple and very clean and we really enjoyed our stay.

Lots of adult bars around the area.

The room was cozy and well equipped. I especially likedthe onsen on the property. The spread was good enough for breakfast. It is located within 10 mins walking distance from the Shinjuku Station. Decent shopping around the area.
As good as the location is, it is set a street away from the sleezy red light district. Fortunately, it only comes alive whenthe sunsets.

it’s location to the station and clean rooms
3.5 / 5.0
Location minus the “flower boy” surrounding.
3.0 / 5.0
It is close to several big stores and a lot of restaurants. Breakfast was decent, although we've seen lines to have breakfast during peak hours.
Available laundry and dryer was quite handy, and cheap (100 yen).
Kabukicho is sort of the Red Lights district in Shinjuku, although everything was fine, the vibe can be a little off when travelling with family.
Although well located with regards to stores and restaurants, still a good 15+ minutes walk to the station, a bit troublesome with a lot of luggage.
The rooms were smaller than I expected, even for Tokyo standards.
No sitting/waiting space on the lobby to use when travelling with more people.
4.0 / 5.0
the location was everything. right in the heart of Kabukicho. you had the option to grab a different pillow if the default one in the room was too hard. option to opt out of cleaning for the day if you wanted to stay in your room past 10 am. multiple front desk staff could speak English.
front desk area could get a bit crowded at times, but that’s to be expected in Tokyo.
3.5 / 5.0
It was clean and easy to find.
it was very small and located in a district with lots of partying. When taking the kids out on the morning we would see people from the night before in the street (some doing inappropriate things).
