absolutely wonderful stay - enjoyed the whole trip, breakfast and swim up bar.

helpful - polite staff - hotel at the end was fun -

sometimes the band was really loud and could not sleep as our room was right near hotel.

Staff were polite and helpful, room was comfortable and clean, and location is ideal for those wanting to stay in Legian

The pool was lovely and the location was great

The room smelt. We had to change rooms due to an issue and the new room also smelt, I think it was the aircon but it was terrible. The bathroom was disgusting and made me feel unclean. The bed was uncomfortable and I just hated the whole experience.

Didn’t have 2 rooms available when I arrived at 11.30 pm that I booked very disappointing

Very bad. We checked out after the first night. Booking.com int'l phone help line didn't connect.

When we checked in we weren't given the level of room we booked and it seemed to be a spare room and we had to sleep on separate single beds (with no pre-warning) - not a double. Left and booked into Fairfield Marriott for only AU$25 extra per night.

great location

booked 2 rooms for 7 days when I arrived at 1 am in morning did not have rooms for us after 2 hrs finally got a room but my son had to move twice during stay

do not get rooms near restaurant music till 1

not enough layback chairs for the pool, lack of communication between hotel and big fat Buddha bar.

it is very rundown especially the pool area The room we were given was old and in disrepair in need of a an upgrade so therefore we asked for another room we were told there wasn’t any available stayed one night then checked out and was refused a refund told they would keep a credit for when we returned to which I said we would not be returning to tis hotel ever

Can’t rave about it.

Good location. Good pool. Comfortable bed (except for too hard pillows).

Not nearly enough pool lounges, not enough variety at breakfast and you had to wait for the buffets to be filled. Dreadful pillows (but beautiful beds). Just seems to be a little behind the eight ball. I have stayed here four times but won’t be back.

Great location lovely pool side rooms with nice view and 2 x pools, friendly staff

Pool and pool side room, great location for me being a solo traveller could walk most places resort had security and helpful friendly staff. Room clean and comfortable beds

Thin interconnecting door did not keep out any noise from between the rooms you can hear other guests talking etc from other rooms and I heard loud snoring from the other side of the room through the wall/door all night. Air conditioner was very cold and it didn’t seem to go any warmer when set higher so room was very cold

Enjoyed our stay

Great, central location. Close to lots of shops and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent

They were renovating the room next to ours. Started early one morning with drilling and hammering. The hot water was then turned off to our room.

Location great and staff lovely and helpful

Breakfast area dark,stuffy and loud and as not included preferred to go elsewhere. Sheets and towels often stained. Mattress very old and tired, but they did change it. Air conditioner in 1st room not efficient enough. Very loud music every night

Breafast was poor. No variation. Poor quality western food served to fit the needs of the numerous australian tourists. Lack of good quality indonesian food. Just one option that was very greasy

Hidden Oasis

It’s a simple oasis in the heart of Legian. the deluxe lagoon room is spacious and clean. The restaurant/bar at the front is a wonderful addition. I especially love the fact there are 2 entry’s, front and back, off major walking strips.

Exceptional

Food was fabulous, facilities were amazing, staff were so helpful. Pool area was lovely and the rooms were spotless. The location and live bands were excellent!! Defo recommend staying here for a cheap and cheerful holiday.
