Very little, low price I guess, and that they accomodated a 1-hr early check in.
Room was dirty and old fashioned, wifi did not work, there was a naked man next door to us, who kept his door open, other people found a dirty bathroom in their room upon check in and asked to leave the premise. The receptionist took hours on the phone before allowing us to do check in. We had asked for a cot, which arrived 6 hours after our arrival (which made it useles as we were only staying there before catching plane).

Location is great for access to some of the best beaches on the island. Also great location if you need to hop in to the bus for Argostoli or the airport. Newly refurbished bathrooms are fantastic. We were allowed a pretty generous early checkin.
Any food order takes ages. On the second day during lunch, after ordering food got asked TWICE about how I will pay even before the food had arrived! And then when I went to pay in the bar, the waitress (This wasn't done by their staff Maria, Maria is fabulous and amazing) felt the need to come running and verifying that I have correctly reported my order for accurate payment - as a non-white person, I couldn't help but feel a little sad at such treatment. And after all that, food was pretty average. Breakfast is not great at all - lack of options, not many fruits, worst yoghurt I have ever had in Greece in my life. Rooms are on the smaller side as well.

we liked the location. The afternoon/night receptionist was so helpful and we would plan our next day activities with her - that was priceless :)
you need to ask for the renovated rooms - unfortunately we were placed in a room that needed to be redone and the phone/WiFi was not working. we were moved on our last night.

Location
Rooms (or at least the room where I slept)need definitely an update.

We were impressed by this lovely family run hotel. We found the staff to be really friendly and professional. Rooms a little small, but incredibly comfortable beds and pillows. Cleaned on a daily basis, and several changes of bedding and towels during our week's stay.
Dining area very pretty. Good varied choices for breakfast, including home made breads, cookies jams. Always a hot choice such as bacon, beans, 3 types of egg, pancakes etc as well as cereal, croissants, yoghurt, fruit, ham and cheese. Good coffee.
Really lovely pool area which has just been refurbished, along with new sunbeds.
Fantastic location just across the road from one of the best beaches in Kephalonia
Lots of steps, so I wouldn't recommend to anyone with mobility issues

We were the first guests at the hotel so not everything was quite ready.
However, the staff were exceptional and went above and beyond to sort any initial problems out.
The swimming pool was still being worked on following a rule introduced by the government that pool depths be no more than 1.75 m.
Recent bad weather had prevented the workmen from completing for the beginning of the season. Never mind they were filling it up when we left!

looked great from outside and the location to the beach was fab
inside was old and in need of refurbishment

Loved the staff. Location excellent and right next to the beach. Vicky and the breakfast crew were so helpful and always greeted us with a smile 😃
Loved our big bedroom and the huge comfy bed. The view from our big balcony was really something special. Rooms cleaned and aired daily.
Breakfast was OK, but there could be a few improvements. Also Demetry behind the bar was so helpful and really made the scene around the lovely pool
The bathroom! Saw the bath and got excited. Had a bath and pulled the plug, bathroom floor drain belched up brown water and lot's of bugs 🐛. Didn't use it again. Not a nice smell either. Tiles terrible. Bumpy white on the floor which is very dangerous. Furniture very dated and needs a good refurbishment.
If the price had been lower it wouldn't have bothered us but at over £200 a night we expected a much higher standard. No smart TV.

Nice and very very helpful staff.
Beautiful main hall, pool and breakfast area.
Very good and rich breakfast.
Big pool area with bar.
A lot of Restaurants near by the Hotel.
The economy rooms need a little reconstruction (they need to be so good and nice like rest of the Hotel :))

very kind staff, great location
old-ish kinda hotel and small rooms

Free ac a big bonus. Room was comfortable and modern bathroom. Pool area was nice.
Breakfast was average at best. Cleaning staff for rooms were unpredictable with timings and mostly came in the afternoon when we were trying to have a break from the heat. Lunch service by pool extremely slow.

great location to the beach. 10 -15 min walk up the road to a lot of restaurants and supermarkets (perfect if you do not have a car). the main town of Argastoli is about 30 min walk (decent pace, not slow walk) away or a 10 min talk ride (EUR7-EUR10). Staff helpful with booking taxis and boat trips.
Beds were hard so a bit of an uncomfortable sleep. Wi-fi was ptachy. The shower did not work properly when you pulled the lever for it to turn from bath to shower it was about 1/2 out the bach and 1/2 out the shower.

Excellent WiFi.
Great location for beach opposite.
Where do I start - clearly a case of “ Over promise and Under deliver”.
I don’t know how Hotels are allowed to advertise beautiful rooms on the Booking.com website ( and charge at full price) and then find that the rooms are tired and outdated when you check in.
Had to avoid swimming pool for at least 3 days as we were advised that there were filtration problems. looked very dirty and cloudy.
Booked 2 DOUBLE rooms WITH Seaview back in December. Only 1 room was double bed and the other was twin. One room had a good Seaview but the other didn’t. Why the rooms weren’t next to each other disappointed me. Clearly there is no 1st come 1st serve strategy for booking both rooms many months in advance.
Too many stairs and no lift, ie difficult for older guests.(and no help with luggage either).
Bathroom in desperate need of an overhaul.
The Basic breakfast was cold.
Some staff seemed demoralised and unhappy. But I have to mention KELLY on reception who was a shining light and very helpful.
The potential for this Hotel was there but we had to complain many times just to get basic things done. Not managed well.

Location,
We found 3 cockaroaches in our room , went to tell reception and all they could say was that this is standard in Greece
We paid 440 euros for 2 nights and couldn't evenget the luxary of a cockaroach trap.
Very disgusted and disappointed.

I love the swimming pool, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic and the Receptionist with Black hair (unfortunatelly dont remeber her name) was Very professional and efficient. The bar staff super friendly and nice.

There was a free parking and a bed to sleep in.
Cocktails at the lobi bar were tasteless and not worth the value. The garden was not well maintained. The facility is in a need of renovation and modernization (especially the bathroom and furnitures). The breakfast was ill prepared, not diet inclusive and of poor quality. In a family apartment only 1 key is not accessible. The general conditions do not justify the value and expectations of the stay, as not even the photos correspond to the exact reality.

Lovely hotel with friendly and helpful staff!
The pool was a great size, with a great poolside bar. Lovely room with a balcony. Stones throw from beach, supermarket and tavernas.
3.4
Given a room upgrade. Excellent swimming pool. Quiet.
Far too many stairs. No lift. Very poor breakfast selection and often no cups or teaspoons. No decaf coffee option.
3.4
Helpful staff beautiful clean hotel
