Location is gorgeous and breakfast was really good. Although you are not really close to any club/ party places if that's of interest to you. We were told by staff there was a club nearby, and after walking 1.5 miles we found it was permanently closed.
Our A/C leaked nonstop. We would have to leave it on the lowest setting (Still leaked) or turn it off completely. Both rooms we were in had this issue and the showers are very small. You will also have to rent chairs at the beach if you want them.

perfect location close to beach, restaurants, other local beaches and bus stop. really friendly staff and super comfy rooms.
would highly recommend and would stay again
no dairy free milk but I did not give prior notice

The location was perfect combined with the low price, it's a value for money inn.
The rooms need to be upgrade or at least modernized.

Superb location
The price for sun beds per day is a bit much but it seems to be the same all over the island. We assumed they would be included or a reduced price for guests

Reading the previews reviews it seems that people either like this hotel or hate it so I'll try to give as much details as possible about the hotel and the village to help you make your decision whether to book this hotel or not.
1. Location:
-Hotel is 30 mins drive from both Paroikia and Naousa with easy free parking outside and there is a bus stop 5 mins walk from the hotel. We rented a car so I can't really comment on the public transportation situation.
-There is a supermarket that is 5 mins drive from the hotel and a small shop that is 2 mins walk and opens till late, that shop had everything we needed during our 5 nights stay and we only visited the supermarket once on the first day because we didn't know about the small shop.
- It takes about 7 mins walk to get to the village harbour where you can find loads of shops and restaurants.
2. Beaches:
-The beach in front of the hotel was clean and quite, no tables or sunbeds but there was a lifeguard. My visit was at the end of September so keep in mind that the beach might not be like that during high season.
- Metres from the hotel the is a taverna called Cactus where you can have drinks and food by the water if you want but no sunbeds.
- The best beach I found around Logaras was Punda Beach, it is a bay and and the water there was so clear and calm, a beach club with sunbeds and a swimming pool occupies the majority of the beach but you can still find some trees to sit under for free if you want.
3. The hotel:
-The staff was polite and welcoming.
-The hotel was very clean, very basic but very clean.
-The hotel doesn't offer many facilities, only a restaurant that was closed when I arrived but you need to set your expectations right, it is a 3-star hotel in the 5th most popular town/village in Paros so don't expect much. They receptionist welcomed us in, showed us around and gave us the keys and that was about it [continued]
[continued] they will call you a taxi and book a restaurant but don't expect them to organise tours for you and give you information about where to shop in Naousa.
4. The room:
- I stayed in Room 9 and it is exactly how it looks in the photos, a spacious wardrobe but only 5 clothes hangers and a vintage safe that you can probably pick with a hairclip.
- You will not have a clear view of the sea because the trees, it's going to be a partial view.
- Mattresses are soft in deed but I don't think it's because they are old, I think they just bought soft mattresses thinking they are more comfortable.
- AC worked absolutely fine for us.
- Wifi was very bad almost useless even though you can see that they invested in few commercial-grade access points around the hotel. .
- The cleaning ladies did a great job leaving the room spotless every day.
- The bathroom itself is of a decent size.
- The walk-in shower tray is of a standard size you usually find in small accommodation around Europe, I think it's either 70x70cm or 78x78cm, not a as comfortable as a jacuzzi but you can easily wash off the salt after a day at the beach.
- The shower head can only be attached to wall at waist hight which can be a bit inconvenient if you have mobility issues.
- We had two double beds joint together and whilst my bed frame was fine my partner's was very squeaky.
So to summarise:
-Did we enjoy our stay: Yes.
-Did we sleep well: I did but my partner didn't.
-Is it good value for money: Yes if what you want is a clean room to recharge over the night and to be away from the crowd in Paroikia and Naousa but still have beaches, bars and restaurants nearby and No if you are expecting beach parties, room service and Continental breakfast.
-Would we stay there again: Yes but it won't be out first option.

Location was great with beach access. Property was also clean and functional
Sometimes the car park and restaurant next door were noisy. Would have been great if there was a kettle in the room to make morning coffee.

We could walk across a quiet road directly onto the beach. Our superior room had a view of this beach. The staff particularly anastasia & fan were very professional, kind, helpful and friendly.,,, the area has all necessary amenities within walking distance. Bus stop atm.
Leaving,, but we will definitely return

The location is excellent, right by the beach, with a few very good restaurants and terraces nearby. Excellent beach with sunshades and natural shade as well.
A little bit noisy in the evening.

We booked a quiet sea view room & we got a partial sea & parking view close to a noisy restaurant on ground floor. The room was very old and very different from the pictures. All the rooms with sea view are not of the same quality. The hotel should propose different room rates with different pictures. They told us that booking.com doesnt allow a lot of pictures. That's totally wrong. After a very long negociation with the manager we got a quieter standard room with no view. No compensation was proposed. The bed was not comfy, air conditionning very old. If you want a towel or a beach transat you have to pay additional fee. Very disapointing, worst hotel experience in the cyclades

The location of the hotel is just great! It is located In front of a beautiful beach, not too busy, withtwo good Greek tavernas on the beach of Logaras, one is a fancy beach club with a big choice of sunbeds (payable), and another small traditional taverna. The hotel is clean, facikities correct, but the service of employees at the reception was very poor! Free parking is available on the streets around the hotel. With a bit of extra work, this could be a great hotel on Paros!
Staff at the reception was not capable of giving any useful information, no additional info available for guests when we had questions, we got just a smile, a bottle of water, and the room keys. Covid safety measures are a good excuse for not providing any service. Breakfast restaurant is closed, due to covid measures as explained, but extremely limited breakfast choice is available upon charge served in the rooms. The bathrooms need an urgent renovation. Nevertheless the hotel and rooms were very clean. The hotel doesn’t orovide umbrellas or sunbeds on the beach, that is just in front of their door.

Location was ideal and close to the beach and other local eateries, an easy walk to Piso Livadi.
The staff were very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate any request/issues....in particular Eva (Evisa Cega).
The WiFi needs to be improved, it was very erratic and very weak. To get a good signal I would always go to
Fisalanis restaurant, the wifi would connect instantly. It was a pity the Paros Inn did not offer the use of sun loungers on the beach in-front of the property. The front of the property looked like it could have had the option of having some chairs and tables where one could have had a coffee in the morning and some drinks later in the day before going for dinner. A missed opportunity, however i do appreciate that we're currently in very challenging times.

Beach 50 metres away. Balcony view. Lovely receptionist Maria. Great restaurant Cactus next door. Close bus stop. Easy walk to Piso Livadi and more restaurants. Pretty much everything to like. 50 minutes to Pirakia by bus.
Small shower made the floor wet but nothing else
