Good location, modern apartment

Great location. Can walk to major attractions. Lovely spa onn ground floor. Perfect to relax the body after walking all day. The apartment was spacious, very clean, modern and had all the facilities you need if wishing to self cater. Building was very quiet. Staff friendly and helpful. Such good value for money. Breakfast was included and was all very nice.

Fünf Tage Städtetrip mit Freunden

Das Frühstück war abwechslungsreich, die Speisenauswahl vielfältig und es wurde sehr zeitnah wieder aufgefüllt. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Hallenbad haben wir gerne in der Früh zum Schwimmen genützt. Bademäntel und Hauspantoffeln wurden uns beim Check in ausgehändigt. Die Ferienwohnung war sehr großzügig ausgestattet und sehr täglich sauber gemacht. Wir kommen wieder und empfehlen dieses infrastrukturell gut aufgeschlossene Hotel gerne weiter

Sehr gute Lage, alles sehr gut zu erreichen. Wahnsinnig gutes Frühstück!

High hopes, very poor service

Location of the hotel is really nice. A quick 5-10 minutes stroll to well known landmarks of the city.

Half the stay there was NO wifi in the room. When I approached them I can't work, they said I can use lobby wifi and it works only there. That is not acceptable. The last day wifi in the room started working out of nowhere, without any note. In 2024 that is not the way to trat your customers. Then again - in Budapest there are many many more hotels to choose.

Great stay

The 1-bedroom apartment was huge, had two beds and a big kitchen and bathroom, was nice with so much space. Great location with walking distance from everything, and very yummy breakfast!

The apartment had a bit weird odor, but having the window open helped!

Just the location, literally very close to the opera house, St. Istvan Basilica, 10-13 minutes walk

I booked it because of the spa and breakfast that we needed before going to the airport. We arrived at 8pm and the spa closes at 8pm. We had our flight in the morning at 9am but the breakfast serves only from 8am. We asked for earlier breakfast but the receptionist wasn’t very much wanting to help and they ignored us in the morning. The elevator going to the room was small and smelled extremely badly. There was no light at the corridor and I slipped very badly on my foot. To enter our room from the elevator we had to go through the terrace and walk 5 more floors without elevator. The terrace is not secured so is dangerous for kids as well. The TV didn’t work and it was extremely cold in the room, the bed was very uncomfortable so I couldn’t sleep and woke up with pain in the neck. I wouldn’t come there ever

Tolle Stadt und ein tolles Hotel !!

Das Zimmer war sehr groß und sehr sauber , jeden Tag wurde gereinigt . Sehr zentrale Lage nur paar Gehminuten von der Oper entfernt . Sehr leckeres Frühstück . Der Wellnessbereich war sehr schön .

We had a lovely stay just wish the air conditioning worked better

The room was an apartment so it was ideal as it had 2 bedrooms. It was very clean and the decor was nice.

The air conditioning was very poor. We could not get the apartment below 23C.

Would love to go back

Great sized apartment with everything we needed: excellent location, friendly staff and lovely and clean. We didn't use the spa facilities as were too busy out and about! Was lovely to have the extra space of an apartment over a hotel room and yet the experience of a hotel with 24hour reception. There's some great restaurants and bars near the hotel that are away from the hustle and bustle yet you're only about a 15 min walk from all the action. Really close as well to the Octagon and transport links.

Memorable view and great facilities.

Memorable view from our tower room, especially at sunset and sunrise. Great breakfast choice (including champagne !). Excellent pool and wellness facilities. Spotless cleaning of our room every day. Efficient and friendly staff. Very good walkable location.

It was quite pricey but to be fair it was worth it.

The apartment was huge and cozy, staff and environment of the hotel was excelent, good spa area and very good breakfast. location of hotel is pretty good, everything is close there.

not many parking spaces in garage (the garage was fully occupied) for 1st night, but on the other hand you can leave it on the street, where overnight stay is for free.

Superb

I had top room in the tower, great view and nice and very big balcony. I think it must be the best room in that part of the hotel. Also like that the room had stairs inside and was made as a etage. Breakfast had good food.

Not many power outlet for charge electronics. Tower part of the hotel probably not good for elderly people because of stairs.

Nice big apartments

The staff were great, the location is pretty good, being near Oktogon, we walked to szechenyi baths and Heroes square etc. We also walked to Buda Castle. The apartments are nice and big and the beds are comfy. The bathrooms are nice and big and the shower was powerful. You can get clean towels everyday, if you want and the cleaning staff were very friendly. The breakfast was ok, but was fed up with it on the third morning. Would probably go out for breakfast next time. The use of the fitness centre is good.

Unfortunately the sauna was being fixed, so we couldn't use that. Not a major problem. Please change the breakfast around a bit. There was some fresh fruit, but no fruit salad. Some of the fruit could have done with replacing. Again, no big problem.

Location is spot-on and lots to do.

The location was brilliant. You were in walking distance from the bars and restaurants, to the city centre or to the river. it was great to come back to the hotel and jump into the hot tub and a swim . the spa massages and treatments are amazingly cheap half the price compared to anywhere else.

We had to come home …

The room was amazing. It was like a small apartment with kitchen, cooking pots and pans as well as dishes were provided. Very comfortable apartment.
