Rooms nice size and very comfortable
First room had faulty air con so was cold, Had to wait around for this to be investigated and then had to move rooms so an hour or so lost in limbo whilst this was sorted

Liked it that when we sat outside someone came out to ask if we wanted drinks and we really enjoyed coffee outside.
Directions to room , would have liked so.eone to shoe me and sign posting could have been clearer on the way back from room to reception.

Central location, good bed and bath
We weren’t told our ‘classic’ room was windowless, strange we were put there given the large hotel was mostly empty.

Very good breakfast. Large and comfortable room. Friendly staff.
Flagged no mirror in bathroom. Dust in air vent. Some noise from building work.

Staff were nice
Place was very clean
Breakfast was excellent
Room had just been refitted by the looks of it and the bathroom plumbing was really noisy and leaking
There was no mirror in the bathroom

Location
Refurbishment caused major disturbance during day, skip directly outside window, no hot water in 2nd morning due to refurbishment

What an incredible room! We stayed in the Suite, which boasted an enormous four poster bed, two roll-top baths in the room and dual walk-in-monsoon showers. Oh, and a rocking horse. A truly unforgettable room. Didn't want to leave!

Ideally phone charging points in the rooms but tiny detail.

The hotel and the room were lovely.
The big TV didn't work at all and the bedside lights seemed to have an intermittent fault.

Room was a very good size. Breakfast was ok. Staff were very friendly and dealt with issues promptly
Hotel needs a little TLC as things are starting to look shabby.

The food was very good and staff obliging. Our room was comfortable.
Our room was very cold and the staff were unable to warm it up until just before we departed.
The bill which I paid is incomprehensible with different prices for each day.

Rooms were very good.
Location
I didn’t like paying to park my car.
If they added to the price of the room I’d have paid it happily paid it but to charge an extra £10 when I arrived annoyed me and everyone I spoke to

Satisfactory and the location was pleasing
Felt that the decor looked tired especially the room which had cracked/ crazed basins.

Location
I was given a 3 course dinner package and confirmed from booking.com but when I checked in they informed us we had a 2 course dinner package. I tried to argue that this is an issue they should take up with booking.com but they would not honor it.
Left a very taste in the mouth.
