We will definitely return to enjoy this truly historic and beautiful hacienda.

A superb and breathtaking historical hacienda with amazing gardens, architectural elements, with peaceful and quiet surroundings. The staff were friendly and attentive to any requests. The restaurant offered a delicious and varied menu including a surprise breakfast buffet on Saturday. We enjoyed all of our meals there over a three day stay. The swimming pool is simply amazing and the water temperature was perfect. The room had a/c and all the expected amenities. The shower also had great water pressure and was very clean.

The jacuzzi was not working next to the beautiful swimming pool but that was a very minor issue.

Perfect place to relax and experience nature

This place is amazing! The whole hotel is a work of art, the food is great and very creative, the staff is very friendly and keep a close eye on their clients. I haven't used all their services and facilities, but I certainly will on my next visit!

The surrounding of the place is very chaotic and hard to get to.

One night

The most beautiful and authentic hacienda/hotel I have been visiting in Mexico.

WiFi is not working in the rooms. Pool is not been cleaned. Not enough space at the pool to comply the amount of guests.

Nice grounds with room for improvement

The hacienda is beautiful and the pool is heated and nice to swim in. The food is nice , i ordered shrimps and they were of a very high quality

The service was slow since we arrived. No one helped us with our bags , we walked the hotel searching for our rooms and no one offered to help us! At the pool we didn’t find anyone to give us towel and we walked to the restaurant to find someone working at the hotel. They were slow to bring us the towels and clean chairs to sit. There was very loud music in the hotel until 1 am and we couldnot sleep until late. Also the walls of the room are thin so anyone walking outside can wake u up.
