Lett tilkomst
Frokostbaguetten var litt for kald.

Great place on the scenic route. There are free park spaces. For people who travel by car is perfect. There is free coffee mashine on the first floor.
We expected the hot dishes for the breakfast. It was sandwich, apple, cookie and juice also was proposed serials with milk. It’s enough for one person and quite delicious.
3.8
Nice small Hotel in a remote Area. There is a supermarket reachable in 5 min by feet and a small café within 3 min.

Could park right in front of the hotel
Breakfast was a nice surprise - Instead of the usual buffet style, they prepared a bag with a smoothie, rich sandwich, fruit and a cake
Staff was super friendly
Town of Tau was wonderful for an evening walk

The services provided by the staff we're excellent. They we're friendly and helpfull when we needed them and beyond. Especially on the Tuesday night, after a whole day of searching for a hotel it's nice when you get greeted by a friendly face. The rooms themselves we're clean and had a lot of space. The bathroom was nice and clean too! 10/10
Nothing🙈

Wanted a room near Pulpit Rock as we climbed it the next day. Interesting combination of brewery and hotel which actually worked out very well. Good location as part of our group climbed Pulpit Rock and the other took a nearby bus to Stavanger.
The breakfast was a prepacked sack of items which was just OK.

The rooms were very clean and spacious.Towels are fresh everyday.😉 Location was perfect for our planned activities e.g. Pulpit Rock climb, Stavanger.visit, other hikes. Goed restaurants nearby.
Packed breakfast was good (a sandwich, a cookie, a fruit and fresh fruit juice) but not wat we are used to. This is just a personal dislike. 😉

Nice bar/lounge, staff and good beer!
The room had the charm of a hospital, every move of the upstairs neighbours can be heard and it smelled of sewage.

The location near Tau centre is very good, and the facilities at the hotel are good. Very clean and well-run hotel. Most of the service is based on self-service, and that suits me well.
For me the breakfast is half of the stay. I really missed the good baguettes I got for breakfast when I stayed there last year. I hope they are available again on my next stay.

Breakfast was good. Staff nice. Good location to Preikestolen hike. Room small but clean. Shower was great.
Near a bus parking lot...buses were backing out and beeping early! Would be nice if they would provide a fan to muffle noise.
3.8
Clean and cozy comfortable Hotel. Breakfast packages were tasty and free coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice extra. The locally brewed beer was very good as well.
The bed was a but a bit too soft for my liking, but I still slept very well.

- location
- good bed
- clean
- nothing bad, only thing, i asked if we could get the breakfast pakkage earlier and it was no problem, but the next morning when we would get the breakfast, nobody was around (7 am) and we had to go without any breakfast :-/

Bad place
Bad booking system. Incompetent crew.

- Small but tastefull breakfast
- no keys, just codes.
- Free coffe machine
- Possibillity to bring dog
- great beds
- shared refrigerator available
- automatic lightning in bathroom. annoying during night when you visit the toilet then you got blinded by the lightning.
- a bit poor with areas to put bags and clothes when you are two adults.
- more hooks for clothes needed
- no small fridge in the room

The code for the main door would not work causing a little stress when tired and hungry after a long days work but quickly resolved. Accommodation was clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was also very nice

One should not expect too much from this hotel. The location is good, the bus parking lot in front of it is certainly not pretty, but not annoying either. The positive first: The staff was extremely nice and friendly.
The negative: The hotel makes a worn impression and urgently needs a renovation. There is bulky waste in several places (discarded furniture in front of the building and on the way to the breakfast room, for example).
The breakfast packets were absolutely unacceptable. This can perhaps be tolerated in Corona times, but in the meantime a reasonable breakfast buffet is a "must" for a hotel.

I liked the quietness and that the parking was free. The room was warm. The ready to go breakfast was good. The female employee in the morning was nice. My friend is a vegetarian and her breakfast sandwich had meat on it. The receptionist went and exchanged it.
I arrived around 8pm. The code was incorrect to get into the hotel. I had to wait in the cold for the correct code to enter. They could have provided a blow dryer. The water in the shower gets on everything because there is no shower door/curtain.

It was close to the town center as well as the main destination of Preikestolen. The staff was waiting for us, they were helpful.
The room we got was just okay, it was a stay-for-one-night-only typed one from my perspective. Because we left to Preikestolen early, the breakfast was missed.
3.8
Very easy going place, stayed here for the third time now and code access check in check out works exceptionally well.
3.8
Clean large room, bed linen and towels included. Local beer available for purchase at reception, breakfast pack and coffee included. To the centre of Stavanger cca 20 min by tunnel.
3.8
good location to see the tourist attractions in the area. 15 minutes to Stavanger and the same to Preikestolen.
Very poor breakfast
3.8
Comfortable room, good and quiet location, take away breakfast comes quite in handy when the plan is to go for a walk during the day.
Not much of a view, but I already knew that from past comments.
3.8
Nice little hotel with free parking. Good starting position for trips around Stavanger and Lysefjord. Everything worked fine.
Try their homemade beer. It was very good.
It should be more stressed in the hotel information, that the breakfast is delivered as an pre-prepared package. The food was good, but for someone it could be a bit disappointing, not to be able to assemble their own breakfast plate.
Maybe a bit more thorough vacuuming in the rooms would be good.
3.8
Quiet location
Good parking
Beer on tap at the reception
Beer cans to buy in the fridge near the reception
Free coffee or hot chocolate in the hall
Breakfast in the fridge, you can eat on spot or take away
No elevator, but it is possible to use the wheelchair access in the back side of the building to get wheeled suitcases in
Historical watermills to see nearby
Sea coast (fjord) nearby
The shower. It was fixed, the water came from above, no possibility to take in hand. As a result, the whole bathroom floor was wet.
It was not easy to find the way by car. One needs to pass by the bus depo.

really cute hotel with friendly staff

The ambiance and the beds.
The breakfast was basic but good. Norwegian breakfasts seem to be minimalistic.
3.8
Very clean. Great location. Wonderful breakfast and
friendly staff!
nothing.
3.8
Comfortable, clean, great location and friendly staff. Main building great to sit and relax whilst having a good cup of coffee which was free of charge 24/7. The included breakfast was more of a packed lunch which was very fresh and convenient as a mid day snack.
Tent did not have a cable tv as in the booking description and the bbq/fire pit had been removed and therefore was not available near the tent as described.
