Pleasant

The hotel looked nice, but our room was in another building across the street that was not so nice. The man at the reception only spoke German, so it was difficult to communicate.

It was ok

The room was clean. Also it was possible to close the windows completely so it was black out. We were given one extra hour to live after we asked.

The room smelled like an old lady. The receptionists (also the hosts I believe) didn't speak English at all. When we asked to move out an hour ago we were proposed to pay €20 for one hour.

Very poor

The hotel is calm and rooms are like expected.

The non professionalism of the staff. They forgot to book us what we paid for ( I booked two rooms and when we came we found only one). Furthermore they proposed to pay more to have another room?!

Superb

The quiet neighborhood, outside city center but with a tram nearby, you can get there really quickly. All 3 rooms were very clean, housekeeping and both owners were helpful & thoughtful, they also have enough parking spots. The beds were very soft, we've had a fridge in our room, a chair on or balcony, enough space for electric plugs and blinds outside the windows, which i loved. Overall a pleasant stay for a very good price.

To be honest, me personally didn't experienced anything what bothered me. Would be glad to come & stay again.

Communication with the staff was very difficult. They did not speak English and they did not know I had already paid my reservation online. Was a struggle to communicate that

only for lone business traveler, don't go with any good expectation

only for lone business traveler, don't have any good expectation. very average facility but close/walk-able to my office location so why I opted this.

only for lone business traveler, don't have any good expectation esp. on breakfast, bathroom, reception, etc. prepare well for reception with good amount of time free to do check-in and out
