Staff are very helpful and friendly especially Emma. She is so patient and explained about the routes to us in details, super nice!
Breakfast is good with varieties
The place is dated. The bathroom tapes are so old that it’s difficult to adjust water temperature, and the tape is so high up and water comes down every where, really can’t enjoy a comfortable shower after a day’s hike.
The cleaner left our door open after cleaning, we only realised it when we returned from our day hike. Luckily nothing happened but don’t feel too comfortable as our passports are in the room.

This hotel is like walking into a storybook in old Italy! The staff is absolutely amazing and helpful. We had a beautiful terrace to sit on every day and enjoy the food. The breakfast in the morning is so delicious and we went to dinner twice at the hotel during our stay. Allesandra at the front desk was very helpful with guiding us for our daily activities or going to town. The men working in the restaurant as well as Allesandra made our anniversary dinner something we will never forget. We will be back!!

Phantastische Aussicht. Sehr ruhige Lage.

Rooms were comfortable and clean and we had a large balcony with great views.
Breakfast was generous, eggs were tasty.
Location was a little outside center but just a short 15 min walk along the delightful bike path.
The restaurant was rather expensive, although the food was good.
One improvement would be the quality of the wifi. It was constantly dropping in and out and made Teams calls for example a little difficult.
Also would be nice to see the tennis court cleaned up and in use.

View from balcony
Front staff was pleasant
Loud plumbing noises at night and early
morning.
Very intimidating at breakfast. Staff not friendly at all. I'm not sure if it is a language barrier.
No shuttle to town as advertised. No explanation when we asked. Still had Christmas lights up outside!? Outside looked run down compared to pictures.

The large doona instead of 2 singles was lovely. A short walk to town via a path. Our room had a wonderful view of the Dolomiti.
Needs a bit of TLC, but clean & adequate. There are signs for the hotel pointing in 2 opposite directions & our GPS guided us down the one pointing down a bike path. Why there is a sign to the hotel pointing down a bike path in the opposite direction to the hotel, is anyone's guess. It needs to be removed from the street intersection.

Lovely old hotel with beautiful wooden furnishings. Big balcony with gorgeous views over the valley. Excellent service in restaurant. Bidet in bathroom.
Bathroom needs more towel racks and hooks.

Good breakfast and friendly WEEKEND staff
SO much!
1. Rooms are incredibly dated with uncomfortable beds and a bad shower
2. WiFi is slow at best and doesn't work in most of the room
3. Far from the lifts, and the shuttle has SO MANY problems:
a. It holds seven people and goes only once every hour, so it was filled when we signed up, and Sofia, the receptionist who checked us in, never bothered to tell us about how it filled up
b. We scheduled a 4:30 pickup even called to make sure we were in the right spot. We spoke to Sofia, who told us where to go, and then when the shuttle came, the other receptionist drove. He yelled at us, saying we were in the wrong spot, even though we were exactly where we were told (one of the two employees in the hospitality industry at a supposed four-star hotel was yelling at his customers). Then, he not only refused to help us with our skis but was impolite to us in the car ride home and vaped as he was driving
4. The two staff weekday receptionists were useless: Sofia (nice enough but can't organize anything), and this other guy, who was actually rude to us. In fact, when we spoke to him later, he again refused to apologize and instead justified his anger--the rudest hotel employee we've ever encountered
5. We made a dinner reservation with Sofia on the phone for Friday at 7:30 but she messed it up and wrote it down for Thursday. Instead, we were blamed for giving them the wrong date even though we are positive we told them Friday
6. A few months before our stay, we emailed about a transfer to the hotel. Sofia answered the email, we gave them the address, and she said it would be $130. The night before, she emailed to say WE gave them the wrong address so it was $200, even though she confirmed it was correct originally
A hotel should not be making this many mistakes and then blaming their customers for it, especially one that advertises itself as four stars.

Five-stars for dinner and breakfast service.
The bathroom was traditional formal old style with the shower in the bath, i.e. without a modern shower. The boot and ski room was in a separate building a long way from the room. Not many heated boot racks.

Breakfast is really good, they offer dinner but we didn't eat there. The room was great, big size, comfortable, cozy and with an amazing view. They aIso offer a free van to go and pick the guests up at the ski lifts and central city. I wanna thank the staffs for being so kind and helpful and giving us an upgraded room with such a beautiful view.
The room was amazing, bathroom was good too but the shower could be better. Nothing else.
