The location was outstanding. Walking distance to restaurants, groceries, and shopping in Cortina. We also were centrally located for driving to trailheads for trekking, and parking was just outside our door. The kitchen was stocked with dinnerware and cookware.
We loved the outdoor balconies and two full bathrooms with bidets.
When the washing machine was draining, the adjacent sink had water coming up into the sink. Fortunately, it did not overflow.
The towel warmer controls are located in the wrong bathrooms. Towel warmer control for A is in bathroom B, and vice versa. It took us a while to figure that out.
The oven controls were a bit confusing with tape covering some of the controls.
Perhaps a written manual explaining where to put trash, how the oven works, and how the towel warmers work would be good! We loved out stay.

Privacy, comfort, location!

The location was great. Not in the center of Cortina so the apartment was more quiet, but just 5-10 minutes walking across a small river and you are on the Main Street.
There was no hand soap, and the corners of every room need to be cleaned a bit more thoroughly.

great location and spacious enough for 5-6 people
fairly high rate in high season - location is a bit uphill so make sure your tiers are good and can deal with the snow

The chalet was spacious, with a large living room and beautiful views from the balcony. The chalet was clean and had all the necessary facilities. The showers had good water pressure. It was a 10 minute walk to the ski-rental place, Snow Service 1, and even closer to central Cortina. Would highly recommend staying here.
Small things, the master bedroom's window shutters would not stay open unfortunately. The bathroom sliding doors were a little difficult to lock.

the location to town and all the restaurants, shops and bars was very good
the floor was very rough in the lounge and I got a couple of splinters when not wearing anything on my feet. also some perishable food was left in cupboard and bits were left in the freezer.

Lovely authentic mountain chalet. Ideal for a family.
Nothing to report. Very minor suggestion: light bulb in range-hood over stove needs replacing.

The views were unbelievable! Quiet property and short walk to town. The parking was easy. Fun rustic Dolomite lodge experience!
Really can’t complain about anything. If I had to say something, and I’m really trying hard to find something, well, no, still can’t think of anything. Was a pretty awesome lodge!

This apartment has lots of space and a big outdoor terrace. There is a living room/kitchen, 2 shower rooms, each with a toilet, and 3 bedrooms. However, only one bedroom has a double bed; the other two have staple-beds. It's well-equipped so you can cook and there is also a washing machine.
The location is ok and you can walk to the town center in 10 minutes.
The lady who handled us the keys was very responsive and easy to communicate with, also in English.
When we booked this apartment, it was advertised as a house (they have corrected it since then), so we expected more privacy and no stairs. The apartment is quite high, so you'll need to carry your luggage 3 or 4 flights of stairs.
We also paid about 40% more compared to other similar apartments in town because it was advertised as a house. Knowing that it's an apartment, I think it's a bit too expensive compared to other properties in Cortina.
There is a parking area, but it's quite small (5-6 cars) and there are many more apartments than parking spaces, so that could be an issue if everyone is there at the same time. Also, the street is very steep. Not a problem in summer, but in winter, you may have difficulties turning in.
There are no grocery stores within walking distance.
When we stayed here, we had quite a few issues - one day there was no internet, then there was no hot water, then one of the heaters in the bathroom didn't work and a few days later - another one. It seems that they were working on the hot water/heating system in the building, so this might be just a coincidence.

The location of this Chalet was perfect for using the slopes. 8 min walk away from the bus stop to get to Socrepes, 10-15min walk through town to get to Faloria Gondala, and 15min walk to Tofana Gondal'as.
It is under a 10 min walk to get to the town centre and access to fantasic restaurants.
The living room area is very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need. The balcony is lovely to sit on after a day Skiing.
Check-in was very easy, and the host sent me lots of videos to understand the rules and where everything was in the Chalet.
The kitchen area is a little awkward to use when cooking and the bedrooms are quite small.
The cooker is a bit confusing to use.

The location was excellent, you could walk to and from town. The apartment was very comfortable & had a thermostat in each room to control the temperature. It had a lovely view also.
Check out is 10am, which I think is far too early. We were nearly ready to go, and the door bell rang exactly at 10am , with the housekeeper outside to clean the apartment.
Although we were just finishing up packing, she came in and started to go into the rooms to clean them. I felt it could have waited until we left.
