I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The owner is very nice and even gave me a lift to the bus station! It is very beautiful, clean and safe here. I even got fruit as a gift :) The hotel has everything you need, and even a great swimming pool. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. This is the best place in Paphos!
Only a littil problem with Wi-Fi

Very nice place in a good location. Pool at the place and beautiful sandy beach in a walking distance. The owners are really great! Always eager to help, even in the evening :-) thank you for everything. Katarzyna and Alicja from Poland.

Roomy apartment, perfect A/C (essential need in summer heat) / good location, quiet but accessible by public transport.
Not a big deal but the couch in the living room was worn out and uncomfy.

The appartment was very clean, it is led by a very friendly family, as well as the restaurant, which is one of very rare that are close to the sea because of all of the new built hotels in the area. The swimming pool is also nice to use after a day of trips. Parking is on the property and surroundings are calm. Just 200 m away there is a street with a lot of restaurants.
Very touristic area with a number of hotels, but Georgia appartments are like an oasis in between.

A charming, family run and owned apartment hotel with basic but very comfortable rooms. Great location near the sea on a quite road. Georgia the owner is a gracious concerned hostess who works hard to make your stay enjoyable. If you are looking for a more genuine Cyprus experience with local people this is the place to stay.

I liked the location as it was handy for the Tombs of the Kings and an array of eating houses on Kings Road. It was also handy for the main bus routes to the harbour which again was full of restaurants and souvenir shops.
Although it was very close to the promenade and the beach it was closed off in places because of road works. This was the case on the harbour too. In a way much of the beach landscape was closed to tourists.
The pool area was sheltered and very quiet and pretty. We hung out at the pool most days which compensated for the lack of beach access. Philippe served us from the bar with the very delicious local beer KEO. He was an excellent host. The restaurant owned by the father of Georgia also served delicious home cooked food prepared by Philip 's lovely wife.
Georgia herself was very attentive and very hard working and nothing was too much trouble. She took pride in the premises and made them very comfy to give guests a truly home from home experience.
The apartment was spacious and contained everything you needed to cook a meal with the exception of a microwave perhaps. But in all I don't think there was space for one.
Air conditioning was supplied and useful
The beds were extremely comfy although maybe another pillow as standard wouldn't go amiss as there was only one on each bed. There were however ample cosy warm blankets to snuggle into on some cold nights in early March. As so, we woke refreshed everyday and captured the sunshine.
The television programmes were limited and we only managed to find one channel that showed English films.
Squeaky doors that we managed to sort out by applying baby oil.
Absence of cleaning products.
Lack of sun on our balcony. I would recommend asking for a room at the side overlooking the pool or the back. We were at the front overlooking the road which was busy.

I loved the swimming pool, there were very few people so we had the pool for ourselves! The apartment was quite spacious, with separate bedroom and balcony. Quite close to the seaside, although nice sandy beach was 20 minutes away. Bus stop and restaurants were about 5 minutes away on foot.

Clean, comfortable apartments, kind, very helpful hosts. I can only recommend.
There is no good beach directly in front of the apartment, but Venus Beach can be reached with a short walk, which is quite good.

The restaurant was also amazing :)

We never ate breakfast at apartment as we were always out early/we did however have a great night out there and the food was fantastic with some really good music. Owners were really friendly and helpful giving us a few tips, gave us local Cyprus delight and key rings to take home with us all in all good place to holiday
Everything for us was good

The owners were really nice, we even got a souvenir from them when we left. The pool is clean, perfect for swimming. The apartement is well-equipped, comfy, and clean, good to chill on its balcony. The sea is close, the historic site of the Tombs of the Kings is also in the neighbourhood. Old town, harbour and the archeological site near the harbour are walkable distance. Good taverns, shops and all necessary amenities can be found in the neighbourhood. Even car rental possibilities are close, and the parking site at the apartment is spacious. Highly recommended place to stay! :)

It was a great location and on site parking! easy check in and out.
the bed was very uncomfortable and the bedding was funny but a bit childish ( minion bedding). Pool was a bit unclean and lots of bugs floating in it. kitchen was really fit for purpose so would struggle to cook a meal.

Do not recommend 10000%!!!Had to pay €30 extra for an extra person and didn't give us an extra bed and one of us had to sleep on the floor on the sofa cushions and the owner told us that on 2 single beds we could sleep 3 persons. Utilities that where mentioned on the booking where not available, check out was @12.00pm and came and knocked @ our door @ 11.00am to get out because people where arriving @12.00pm when the check out time is @14.00pm. This will be the first & last time that he will be seeing us there. The owners where very greedy for money so they gave us a very poor service.

The owners are really nice. if you need anything, just ask them
the apartment is basic but with all you might need (and if there is not what you need just ask for it)
if you like to sleep in the dark you better carry an eye mask!

We had a very nice stay at Georgias apartment. It's a super nice, bigger than expected, comfortable and clean apartment with everything you need and a nice balcony. Georgia is super welcoming and helped us with everything we needed. We can highly recommend it! Definitely also try the wine of Georgias father in the restaurant King Philip's next door, it's super delicious!
