Had to change room in the middle of the night because Bathroom Door got stuck

Good Location, near to the center and good restaurants near by

Wifi connect in the room was poor Was very loud in the night (rooster in the garden right in front of the window).

Ok for a night

Very well located and owner and staff very kind, the cleaning lady helped book a taxi for me early in the morning and that was useful. Very clean.

It might be the type of room I booked, but it wasn't particularly pleasant. No natural light and the bed was not comfortable.

A nice affordable address in Durres

I had a basic room and was upgraded. It was clean and comfy, and had everything I needed. The room was modern enough, loved the bathroom.

Google Map lead me to the hotel by trying to go by a tiny street behind while walking access was just on the main street! If I must say something about the hotel itself I'd say the upgraded room was twin beds and I would have prefered 1 large bed... but nothing to complain about really!

Small, basic, good value hotel with friendly staff

Very nice surprise in Durres

What I most liked of the hotel was the passion of all the employee who made their best to make our stay as much comfortable as possible. The receptionist Rudina welcomed us at our arrival speaking a perfect english and she give us the possibility to choose among two different rooms according to our taste: both of them were ready. During our stay Mimosa, the service lady, cleaned and setup every day our room with fresh towels; one day she also one vase with fresh flowers in the room! A big thanks also to Ana, the manager, who handled the payment of our stay : she has been very nice with us and se let us decide when we wanted to pay, without any stress. She also suggested us a very nice beach to visit during our last day in Durres.

Nothing, we appreciate every single thing of the Hotel.

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Durres!! Great location, very clean and modernly furnished, very friendly and helpful staff! Incredible location: in a very quiet neighborhood but just minutes away from the center and very close to important sightseeing sites, cafes, bars, restaurants. The rooms are modernly furnished and very clean, the cleaning lady is a sweetheart and very friendly!:) The staff was very helpful and kind. Overall a great experience. Vendndodhja e shkëlqyer, dhoma shumë të pastra dhe të mobiluara në mënyrë moderne, staf shumë miqësor! Vendndodhja është shumë e mirë: në një lagje shumë të qetë, por vetëm disa minuta larg qendrës dhe shumë afër zonave të rëndësishme turistike, kafeneve, bareve, restoranteve. Dhomat janë të mobiluara në mënyrë moderne dhe shumë të pastra, pastruesja ishte shumë e dashur dhe miqësore!:) Stafi shumë i sjellshëm dhe të vjen në ndihmë për cdo gjë. Në përgjithësi, një përvojë shumë e mirë, ja rekomandoj këtë hotel të gjithëve.

Extremely good value, big room, very comfortable bed, super clean, nicely decorated, very well situated and friendly staff.

No toilet paper available in the bathroom. No towel rack.

Great position to explore Durrës, 10 minute walk from the port and the train station. The staff was really lovely and helped me with my questions. The room was bigger than expected and had every comfort, also air conditioning. The facility has a really charming appeal. Was a great stay thank you!

Nice stay in the city after all!

Nice service. Very good but quiet location. Near everything.

First night of our two night stay the hotel was full (we had a booking). We got a low standard totally worn out room. Receptionist told we cold change room next day if we don't like this one. And we are happy we changed! "Normal" room was very nice and clean. This made our stay enjoyable.
