Great location, clean rooms, nice staff

Location of the hotel is perfect if the main goal of your trip is sightseeing. Rooms are good size. Staff is amazingly kind. Compliments in the room were a great gesture of attention. Appreciate it.

I think the breakfast is something they can still improve. There was plenty of fresh and delicious fruits but the rest of the food could be of better quality & variety.

It was a very interesting experience staying near the bustling streets at the heart of Lisbon’s downtown centre

Detalles educación del personal y limpieza.! Muy céntrico instalación perfecta! Mini bar se repone a diario gratis !! Último día muchos detalles ! Desayuno muy bueno ! Excepto fruta muy madura,mejorable.

No tiene parking está en una plaza en frente eso se debe avisar aunque el personal ,se prestó en todo momento ayudar.

Good stay & had 3 rooms for our family of 5

Easy check in process. Perfect size room for a quick night before airport the next day

Had to park in public parking garage and walk suitcases on cobbled streets for about a 7 minute walk.

Lovely city break.

We found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The water etc in the minibar and the welcome wine and pasteis de nata were a pleasant surprise as were it the sparkling wine and chocolates on our final night. The room was quiet and comfortable and if we return to Lisbon we will stay here again.

A wonderful hotel in Lisbon

We really like the modern décor of the hotel, its location is perfect to explore Lisbon, complimentary mini bar is a big plus. Stuff was very friendly and check in was very quick. We will definitely to stay here again next time in Lisbon

Convenient, comfortable, well located and definitely recommended

The location is excellent. The staff were very good and attentive. The breakfast was great. Are out but had the octopus and risotto and if that was an indication the meals will be excellent too.

You can't go wrong at the Santa Justa, terrific across the board

Location could not be better, within walking distance to many major sights, room was excellent, super bathroom, balcony with view, breakfast very good with hot and cold, staff was superb, special kudos to Nadia

Идеальная команда отеля и лучшее месторасположение в Лиссабоне! Повысили категорию номера без доплаты, все работники отеля были отзывчивы и мгновенно реагировали на любые просьбы и вопросы. Уборка номеров своевременная и очень хорошая. В номере есть все необходимое, включая утюг и гладильную доску. Большое спасибо за комфорт и уют!

The location was perfect and walkable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The welcome gift and goodbye gift was a very thoughtful addition. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. We would come back.

Good location hotel.

The location was excellent. Many touristic sites are within walking distance. Most of the restaurants that we had booked were also coincidentally within about 10-20 minutes walk away too. Although the hotel was in a busy location, there was no noise or other interruptions inside the room. It was an ideal base for our first visit to Lisbon. There is also free minibar in the room which is replenished daily. We had juice, waters and beer daily. There is complimentary daily tea/coffee available at the restaurant in the afternoon. It is simple self service machine tea/coffees and some pastries.

The hotel location is in a lane which is not reachable by car. Our transport driver parked about a block away and kindly helped us wheel our luggage to the hotel. When leaving we also wheeled our luggage about a block to the road to be picked up by our transport driver. It is not a problem as such but just be aware that vehicles cannot directly reach the hotel.

Needing update to align with price.

Shower water pressure and location were exceptional. Hospitality gifts were nice.

Poor lightning in the unit, and dirty (stained) rug.

Amazing hotel and location - perfect for our family of five!

We were extremely pleased with how close the hotel was to all of our target sightseeing destinations. It was easy to walk to beautiful restaurants, the markets, squares, the seaside, shopping, chiado district, etc. The breakfast and coffee selection were excellent and full of variety. There were also some unexpected "feel good" touches like courtesy water/juice/pop in our fridge, welcome treats, etc.
