Vraiment moyen et plus jamais.

Relativement propre

le lit enfant n'était pas fait, et cela n'était pas indiqué dans le descriptif. Probleme avec le paiment automatique et toujours pas de résolution. Personne a la reception était pompeuse et narcoise. Lit et oreillés extremement inconfortable.

Uniquement en dépannage

Emplacement parfait

La literie est d'une très mauvaise qualité. Pas de pression dans la douche. Pas de prise à côté du lit. Les chewing-gums collés sous le lit superposé qui laissent imaginer la propreté globale.

Je n’ai absolument rien aimé vu que nous avons été mit à la porte au bout de 5 minutes.

Nous sommes arrivé à 20h et nous avions réservé pour une soirée. À peine arrivés nous nous sommes fait virer au bout de 5 minutes pendant que nous étions entrain de nous installer soit disant « car nous faisions trop de bruit » notre chambre était seulement collé à la réception et nous faisions pas de bruit. Après cela la direction de l’hôtel nous a dit qu’il « nous sentait pas depuis le début » ce que nous avions remarqué vu le mauvais accueil que nous avons eu. Nous avions réservé deux chambres avec deux lit dans lesquels qu’un seul lit sur les deux avaient été fait. L’hôtel nous a virer et a pas voulu nous rembourser une des deux chambre alors que nous sommes resté que 5 minutes seulement car une couette sur un lit avait été ouverte. C’est inadmissible de faire payer des clients qui n’ont pas consommé et c’est encore plus inadmissible de nous avoir viré au bout de 5 minutes pour rien. La directrice et son mari accueille très mal les clients et en plus de cela sont très malpoli et vous parle mal.

Friendly and good value for the money.

Friendly and helpful staff. Really calm and soft atmosphere. The breakfast was really a good deal.

The rooms where small and it was quite a distance to Trouville and Deauville if you don't have a car or a bicycle but still, the price was low, so that's understandable.

Late check-in was quite simple. Free parking a big bonus.

The few moments that we ran into the clerk at the front desk, doing random non-front desk duties, she seemed a bit stand-offish and abrupt. Although we didn't require anything specific from her, a smile would have been nice.

comfortable room with good breakfast

very comfortable room quite small but certainly enough bath, sink and toilets are separated with a curtain from the room (beds) - the only problem is that the bath glass door is transparent very good breakfast

the transparent bath door location is good if you want to visit Deauville and have a car - it's not really a walking distance from the town

Average stay experience

This property is a bit far off from the main town. For tourist without cars its quite a walk. The breakfast menu is fairly OK for the price € 7.5

Rooms are very small. Bathroom and toilet is like the ones on trains. Could be better. Checkin proces is via a machine and no human touch

Good location for exploring Deauville. Great for overnight stop.

Excellent location, easy to park. Decent breakfast.

Tiny bathroom. See through bathroom door. Separate toilet in the room but was very small and cupboard like.

Worst experience in my life . Ive never been verbally abused like that before by a hotel employee

The staff . He was horrible, abusive & so unkind .he refused to let us in & canceled our reservation. Still done know if our € was refunded or not . We had to sleep in our truck in the parking lot . Would never ever go back or recommend them.

We had what was needed for staying two days, reception was very friendly. I wouldn’t stay there again - not to my liking

Deauville is expensive. I like the beach, staff was friendly, air condition ok. room was very basic. If I go to Deauville ever again I might go camping- this was maybe what you can get for a reasonable price but I didn’t like it. Breakfast was ok with fresh bread, Coffey was good. jam, yogurt etc in separate small packages like in the store.

I can not stand a mattress with plastic on it (and not looking nice under the plastic).
