A beautiful house in a beautiful village located on the mountains above Paphos.
The house is very well equipped with all needed stuff. You can use the kitchen for any kind of cooking or baking.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom and there is also an air conditioner in any sleeping room.
There is a wonderful garden outside with privacy, a sitting area and a grill.
The house is very clean and you get a great welcome of cake, baklava, fruits and a large variety of liquors and wines.
Above all - there's a very helpful and friendly host, that is always available for anything you might need.
I'll return for sure!!!
Nothing, everything was perfect!

We enjoyed our stay at Liakoto a lot. Everything was perfect. We were very surprised how spacious the apartment was. On the picture it doesnt look that huge.
The kitchen was equipped with everything you would need for cooking. There were plenty of space, a lot of plates, glasses. Even a Nespresso machine and capsules were available. Also plenty of spices, jam, cookies.
We were also spoilt with fresh fruit and a home made wine.
Wifi was working very well.
In the garden there were lots of furniture and a bbq.
A few meters from the apartment there is a shop.
The apartment was so clean.
Thank you for a great stay.

We had the two-bedroom house and it is very spacious. Great living quarters, with full kitchen and a very large selection of plates and silverware. Two bedrooms, each with individual a/c. Very nice quiet sitting area at the back shared with the upstairs occupants. Good having homemade wine to greet us! Parking right outside. Everything clean and tidy.
If you intend to cook make sure that you get everything before coming to the village - there's not a lot on offer here.

Everything was just perfect! Fantastic place to rest, calm, super clean and with all amenities you may need. Great communication with the host, self check in without any problems, nice sweets and wine on arrival! We would love to be back

Beautiful studio apartment that has everything you need and lovely modern design and amenities in a historic building. Host was helpful and had some wonderful treats waiting for us on arrival. Will definitely be back, lovely village and must go to the Secret Garden for brunch and drinks and the take away just two streets down as you turn left from the apartment is lovely

The house is located in a small village which has its own atmosphere and charm. The location is nice as a starting point for exploring the surrounding attractions. Garden at your disposal in which you can sit. The kitchen is very well equipped with cooking tools and spices. Upon arrival, a bottle of wine awaited us as a welcome.

Really nice place in small village in the hills. We had a great stay here. There are few trails with great view nearby for active people.

This was a great stay for us.
The studio was very clean and provided heating (in winter this being a must). The location is not in the more tourist areas, but in a tucked away village. Since we visited in extra-season a lot of restaurants and stores were closed, but with a little planning, we enjoyed the beautiful scenery of Cyprus without the crowds.
The studio provided us with everything we needed and the host was very responsive. They even offered us home made cake and wine, which were great.

The village is quite small but you can get something to eat there.
We had problems with warm water, although the host tried and fixed it quickly. Still, this happened late and we could not shower for the night. The village is quite small but you can get something to eat there.

Excellent location in a beautiful village, but only 30 minutes from Pafos. Lovely courtyard we spent many evenings and mornings in. Very helpful host, and very friendly neighbours. We were travelling with a 4-month old, and the host lent us a cot and bottle steriliser, which made our travels significantly easier.
Nothing.

A beautiful village house with yard and the necessary equipment for breakfast, all other meals and barbecue and souvla! In the fridge, there was a plate with fruit, a wine bottle and water waiting for us. The host has called to check if we were happy with the house or needed anything else and to apologise that she was not able to be in the village the weekend.
The double bed was not so comfortable.

Beautiful studio, extremely clean and decorated with taste. Perfect location in the village, with several food options near by. Quiet with a very nice garden, ideal spot to disconnect or enjoy excursions in the nature.

Great location, nice decor and clean facilities. Dog friendly; the owners had even put a dog bed in the property for our dogs to use. Was also happy that phone chargers were available to use too as I couldn’t find mine at one point.
Could provide a hairdryer for guests to use so they don’t need to bring their own. Not a major issue though.

An amazing stay for our weekend! The host was very kind, the property very clean, comfortable and with a lot of style! Additionally, the property kept it's traditional identity which it was excellent as the house is located in the heart of the village! 10 out of 10!
We loved everything!

wonderful welcome, called to make sure we found keys as instructed and all was well. loved the bowl of cherries left for us. super clean all. kitchen was well appointed. from coffee mugs to frying pans! a bit confusing the how to work the extractor the 1st time, but all good.
comfortable bed with plenty of pillows. nice balcony to seat and enjoy the evening breeze. nice location for the shop and brunch place of the village. will visit again in the spring to do the walks.
would have loved to have another mirror, as the only one in the bathroom and I could not use the hairdryer provided or mine. parking could be an issue when the village is busy.

Quiet and nicely decorated studio in Panayia Village. I appreciated the fact that it was dog friendly and my dog could use the outdoor yard. The studio had central heating that operated most of the hours of the day. There was an AC as well. Everything was well taken care of and the host contacted me to make sure I arrived safely for a smooth check in and check out experience. Thank you for the lovely stay.
The bathroom was a bit small as I am quite tall and I couldn’t move freely in the shower. Mind you this is just a personal preference and has nothing to do with facilities not being satisfactory.

Nice room, peaceful garden.

Communication I have to say was superb: Charis responded to all our queries as quick as a flash.
In terms of the property, it was immaculate and I think it right up there with any 5* hotel we stayed in the UK. Views out the windows (we were on the first floor) with breathtaking.
That fresh fruit and bottle of local wine (which exceeded our expectations) on arrival was a great touch.

Very friendly host! Traditional cosy home in a very nice village!

Very homely and loved the fireplace
It’s a bit dark due to it being on the ground floor and most windows need to remain closed , if you open the windows it’s great though!

Everything was just perfect. The traditional charming house had everything inside, from cooking indoors or outdoors, different kind of coffee making, tv, wifi, garden, decoration....just perfect place and value for money
