It's amazing value for money. Brilliant location and perfect for the money. Amazing location and a wonderful host! Parking is awesome. It's clean and there a massive bed. Really can't fault it!
If you want something better, then you need to pay a lot more money. It's perfect for the money!

The room was spacious and furnished with imagination and character. It had a view over the bay, albeit from a skylight window, plenty of room for clothes and was very comfortable. It was very reasonably priced in a town that is otherwise almost uniformly over-priced (at least in relation to the rest of Montenegro) and was located on the edge of the old town, up steps and sufficiently back from the noise of bars late at night, a short walk from the bus station. The owner was very pleasant, helpful and laid-back.
The air-con unit is placed so that it doesn't intrude on the aesthetics of the room but it points down away in a corner of the room so the effect of cool air is rather lost - to cool the room requires it being left on all day.

Awesome stay in the city center and with a park.
We forgot to inform the landlord of our arrival so we had to wait him to get the park place and he was very kind and very helpful.
The bedroom is very nice and authentic
Nothing. A very little smell in the bathroom but nothing. If you let the window open, you don't even smell it anymore

I loved the decoration and furniture of the room.
The location was great, very calm, in the historic part of Kotor.
Perfect when you travel with little luggage (if you travel with heavy luggage please consider that you will have multiple stairs to arrive, this is part of Kotor's charm) very easy to find if you follow Google guidance.
All was good :)

The location is perfect. It’s close to all tourist attractions. The property has small kitchen so you can have your breakfast. The beds are comfortable. The owner was very kind.
it’s hard to find the property because you have to climb up all those stairs but it’s okey. I didn’t know that I had to pay in cash. I think if people are informed in advance it will be great.

A very unique room, super spacious with loving well though design, breathtaking views.
All was perfect.

Very nice room, full of old furniture which made some atmosphere. Nicely equipped kitchen and clean shower and toilet. Great view to the bay and to the roofs of the old town. Free parking nearby.
Entrance is a bit hidden, maybe some more instructions on how to get the would save going up and down the steps and knocking on random doors. Also a double duvet would be better than two singles.

Stylish in an old fashioned way, full of antiques and nicely decorated. Located in the centre of the old town with great view of the bay. Simple cooking facilities and fridge available for occasional food heating/storage need. Host is very friendly and helpful, letting us stay past check out time while we were waiting for bus departure.
A minor improvement: the bathroom floor gets wet easily (some leak from the shower tray?) and doesn’t quite dry up.

The room was beautifully decorated in the "shabby chic" style; admittedly not to everyone's taste. The bed was comfortable, good wifi and aircon. There was a TV and DVD player for those who like to watch TV when they go on holiday. There was also a fridge / freezer and basic cooking facilities.
You have to climb up 70 steps to get there from street level, so if you have mobility issues or travel with huge suitcases, this is probably not for you. My main gripe was that they didn't accept card payment. This is strange as I had to give card details when making the booking. The problem is that if you don't have the euros, you need to get the cash from an ATM, and they are so expensive with poor rates and high comission that the 140 euro bill comes to £160. This though is a criticism of the Montenegrin banking system, not the propery.

Everything was great -the place matched the photos 100% and it had a stunning view of Kotor. If you are looking for an authentic experience of Montenegro, look no further: located in the heart of the city, the 600-year-old house is managed by twin brothers whose family has been in the place for over 100 years. Delightful and welcoming hosts, Sunday church bells and a short 10-minute walk from Kotor beach. What more can you ask for? We are definitely going to visit again!
No negative comments whatsoever -everything was fantastic!

Great location, very close to the waterfront in Kotor and with bars/restaurants all within a short walking distance. The bar at the bottom of the steps from the apartment had live music and a great atmosphere in the evening.
Cozy apartment and a comfortable bed. The owner was very friendly and helpful and provided us with free parking right on the waterfront.

Very beautiful sea views, elegant layout and quiet surroundings. The host was very welcoming and recommended places to visit and restaurants for us. Some reviews said there were a lot of steps and the location was hard to find, which had been a concern, but when I went I found it right in the very centre of the old town and it was very, very easy to find! Not enough time on the itinerary, otherwise should have stayed a few more days.

Great location inside the walled city/ old town! It's after the Southern Gate arch, make a right turn and climb 70-odd steps to the top! It was definitely worth the climb for the view and the price. On top of that, Peaceful and serene
The great benefits of 6 minutes walk to the main bus station, and near Blue Line bus stops to neighbouring towns/ villages ie Perast, Tivat. Near hiking trail to the castle.
The apartment is compact with a small kitchenette sufficient for cooking my simple meals. It has TV with cable channels, mini fridge, lovely bed and bedding. I had great sleeps and woke up to the beautiful lake views!
The hosts (twin brothers Nenad and Goran) are super kind, friendly, responsive! They help instantly whenever requests are extended to them.
Kotor and the surrounding towns are so pretty, I recommend all to visit and book into Studios Kono!
No shower curtain, water flooding the bathroom.

The hosts of this property are amazing people! The brothers were genuinely friendly and very welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean with a nice little kitchette, but can't say enough about the hosts. They even took us out on a boat ride around the bay! The location was excellent, just inside gate three, just get used to climbing some stairs.
We had a room with a slanted ceiling. So, if you're tall, the kitchen area and shower will be head height, so watch your step. Other than that, no issues at all with this property.

Very nicely decorated room in the old town with view of the Kotor bay. Convenient location.
