Overall beautiful place and clean

The pool is great , breakfast a must nice staff very clean organized.

The bed was alittle uncomfortable and flat pillows needs to be updated but some people might like that but it’s only my preference only. Otherwise clean and neat. Has iron broad in room but no iron .

Mala experiencia , cpn calor toda la noche no tuve descanso.

La cama dura y vieja , mucho ruido del exterior , el aire acondicionado no funciono hacia mucha calor .

Pesimo hotel

Las imagenes no coinciden con lo mal que esta ese hotel. El baño sin ventana y sin extractor de aire, sucio, aire acondicionado no enfriaba bien

The location and the staff were great, but the room was not worth $100 a night. The hallway light and loud birds outsid

The staff were very nice and friendly.

The room was not comfortable at all, the hallway lights and the loud birds singing outside did not let us sleep. Also, the parking is far from the building in an unsafe area. The room was not worth $100 per night.

No hot water in shower, hard beds, no drinkable water in rooms. no extra outlets at all for charging electronics. No parking

Great value for the money...

Breakfast was good. Honduran Tipico... and filling... Mr. Damian was very kind and made sure that servings were fresh. Scrambled or Fried Eggs, Refried Beans, Plantains were delicious, Queso, and tortilla with a chorizo sausage. Eating by the pool and enjoying coffee. Would have preferred they didn't use styrofoam cups on the second day of the stay. The staff was great ... all of them... they recommended a really nice pizza place within walking distance called Mediterreano... and the pizza was perfect as was the Caprese salad. The facility is older... but I didn't care as for the value and the people, it was great... Exactly what I needed on a business trip.

We were over charged by the cab to the restaurant though as it was only 3 blocks away and he charged us 4 dollars because I'm a US Gringo.. (80 lempiras)... should have been 20. It rained and there was a lot of rain that came in through the window and it got the floor wet. Not a big deal but it was a lot of rain.

Very good

The Breaskfas was good, a little short even if they said it was a buffet. The people that works there is so amazing, everyone was super helpful, giving tips of the surrounds places and super nice. The location of the hotel was perfect in the center of La Ceiba, perfect location. The hotel price wise is really good, nice are around the pool to have breakfast, a drink or a swim.

the pool was lovely

my room had a few cockroaches in it which was a bit gross. was overpriced. I stayed here on my birthday(as a treat) to get away from hostel dorms but it was no more pleasant If I’m honest. my dinner was 4/10 I also had a small bug in my food. for a large hotel you’d expect a lot more for your money.

Lovely stay. Definitely recommend.

Breakfast that is included in the room is a good typical Honduran breakfast. Other options are available for purchase. Great bartender and wait staff. Very friendly and professional cleaning staff. Location is right downtown La Ceiba which worked well for us - easy to get transportation and good access to food options. Good security. Nice laundry service. Very clean rooms.

The front desk staff were professional but not really friendly. Had to put down $100 cash deposit in order to be able to get lock and key for safe in room. We weren't prepared to leave $100 in cash to get the lock and key. I did get the deposit back when I turned the key in. As a note to travelers to Honduras in general - they are very picky about the condition of the US $ bills - cannot be a tear or blemish on the bill. Half of the money we brought from the US wasn't usable because it has a small tear. It is the banks in Honduras that impose the rules about the condition of the dollars and not the businesses themselves, but it makes it challenging to change or use any US $.

The room in the pictures were not the room we saw online at the time of booking the hot water wasn’t working for the first day the the ac unit was leaking water the whole time I was there

The receptionist were extremely rude and not accommodating especially when the property was the one that was faulty

Not worth the price, credit card was not accepted only cash, no wifi

Everything was great, location, cleaness, staff and building

The only complaing is about the elevator not working and our room was at the 3rd floor. It was nice that the staff was very gentle to help us with our luggage. Beside the elevator everything else was great.😊
