Raw eggs refused to replace and recooked until rubbery!

Good location for shopping and restaurants which is a good thing as the hygiene in their kitchen is poor and staff attitude absolutely appalling.

The fried eggs at breakfast were completely raw. When I took them back to kitchen staff were hostile not a word of apology, just filthy looks THEN USED THEIR HANDS to put the 2 eggs back into a pan. Refused to give fresh eggs and gave me back cremated rubbery and inedible without a knife and fork and sauce sachet removed from plate. I have never ever in my 33 years of travel around the world been treated so poorly by staff of a hotel. My first trip and hotel in Cambodia and a truly shocking start to my month. I unfortunately have a further 2 nights here 🥲

OK Pour le charme de l’hôtel, mais il ne faut pas être trop regardant sur la propreté, et surtout ne pas déjeuner sur pl

Le charme désuet l’emplacement, la cour intérieure et la piscine avec de beaux végétaux

L’arnaque du petit déjeuner. Nous apporte une carte avec plusieurs plats qui se succèdent en haut de la page c’est marqué en gros 6$ Nous demandons si c’est 6$ pour chaque plat ou pour l’ensemble laserveuse était fort désagréable, . Prof, il savait que c’était 6$ par Assiette : Résultat des courses, si vous commandez des œufs, un plat de nouilles et quelques fruits, c’est 5X3=18 $ plus un café4$ et pareil pour un jus de fruits : en tout 25 $ le petit-déj’!!! un scandale! Nous sortions d’un cinq étoiles à Koh Rong Sanloem où le petit déjeuner était à 6$Pour l’ensemble de la carte, avec à volonté les jus de fruit , de café, de cappuccino , plats à base de riz, de nouilles, de breakfast anglais et un service impeccable !

A great respite from the busy city, with all amenities close by.

Beautifully kept, relaxing oasis. Comfortable chairs by the pool and a full bar available. Free filtered water as well.

Goede lokatie alleen de materialen in de ene kamer, functioneerden niet naar wens.

Lekker bed en fijne lokatie in de stad.

We boekten 2 kamers, waarvan 1 tegenviel. De airco was stuk, de ventilator kon alleen heel hard aan, met veel geluid. De douche drupte en de airco had felle led-verlichting.

We loved our stay in this hotel

We travelled as a couple and stayed in the hotel 2 nights. It's a very cosy and comfortable hotel. The staff was very friendly, the food in their restaurant was very good and the pool area is very beautiful.

Budget hotel and decent stay

The staffs are very friendly and helpful 🙂. The cost wise it was excellent.

The room was too big for the air-conditioning. The air conditioner was above the door and bed was too far to get cooler. It takes few hours to feel the cooler area over bed. Also the toilet is just part of the room without a sealed roof, it was not something I prefer.

I’m definitely satisfied with my trip, would stay again if I visit

Very cozy atmosphere, doesn’t even feel like a hotel, more like a big family house. Staff was very sweet and friendly, there were few issues with my room but they were fixed by the manager as soon as I asked. Great food and drinks at their cafe. Overall had a very pleasant stay:)

Thin walls and doors, so was quite noisy. Also took about 10 min before the hot water would come, but not too big of a deal.

Ich suche mir in Zukunft ein anderes Hotel.

Freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Der Service allerdings lässt Wünsche offen.

Hatte zuerst ein kleineres Zimmer mit zu wenig Platz zum Ein- und Aussteigen aus dem Bett. Blick auf eine gelbe Wand etwa 1,5 Meter vom Fenster entfernt. Auf meinen Wunsch hin, bekam ich dann ein etwas größeres Zimmer. Musste viel selbst organisieren z. B. Wasserkocher und Safe für das Zimmer. Das Hotel ist schon leicht heruntergekommen. Die Terrassentüren zum Pool könnten dringend neuen Holzschutz vertragen. Bei meiner Abreise war die Rezeption nicht in der Lage, auf 10 Dollar herauszugeben.

Would stay again

Staff were friendly especially the two girls, always a smile from them. Breakfast was lovely, the best we’ve had whilst travelling. Room was big, bright and clean. Pool was lovely after a hot day.

Would go there again

Hotel management accommodated my wishes

I would stop serving cold breakfast buffet and brewed coffee as newly introduced by management. The coffee from the real coffee machine is much better and the freshely prepared breakfast was always an asset of the hotel.

Great experience

We arrived at noon and were able to check in right away. This was so great as we were soaked from a rain storm that started a few doors down from the hotel. Beautiful setting, close to a market, and walkable area.

Lighting was a bit dim and no hot water

It is a nice hotel, the room was clean and had a view to the pool which is very nice.

The room style, cleanness and room view to the pool. The pool at night is very nice and quite refreshing.

The pressure of water in the room and also the poor reception of wifi in the room. Not my issue but if you are a person that need a quiet space to sleep, given the style of the hotel this might not be for you as you can hear a lot from the street.

Nice comfortable, beautiful room. We stayed in the colonial. Some lovely food and the pool area was great.

Not much in the area, though we had a nice visit to the gay hotel Arthur and Paul. WiFi was down for about 24 hours, but staff did their best.

Great staff, great swimming pool, great location and great value. House Boutique Eco Hotel has it all and as a bonus there are good retaurants within striking distance using reliable Grab Tuk Tuk! Highly recommend this value for money hotel.
