Location
1. It's not a hotel , it's a service MD apartment.
2. No tea in roo.
3. No soap or liquid for washing hands on wash basin
4. beds move around on wheels, nothing to.keep them in place
5. staff said gym closes 9pm but actually was 10 pm
6. Most important: gave 1 key card for room and charged $15 USD deposit and warned ⚠️ if lose card, lose deposit.
This was totally acceptable 10 years ago. But today we all know these cards are ordered in bulk for cents, then loaded or unlinked to room at your choice for software. No need to charge $15 for bond or charge anything for lost card.
Need to change with time. It's 2024

Views, location, service was good, close to everything.
Especially staffs were very cooperative and friendly, I really enjoyed, they have considered easily my late checkout as my return flight time was on 17:00.

The view
The arrival welcome lacks a word! Despite being a foreign woman in charge of the counter, she doesn't have a sense of hospitality or kindness towards customers. The Kmer team's front office is cheerful and polite. Nothing can alter the same attitude during the departure. Rude and arrogant once more! The shower drains poorly, and the water also doesn't drain properly. Beds are made efficiently by housekeeping, but amenities are always forgotten. The view from the room is good. I lost a valuable photo and book when I forgot them. I tried to contact the bridge multiple times via message, but they informed me that they cannot reach me on WhatsApp.

2 belles piscines. Salle de sport.
Odeur d'égout dans la chambre. Offre de petit déjeuner orienté quasi uniquement sur la clientèle chinoise (Faut aimer le matin).

The room I booked comes with a fantastic view of river and city sights. The housekeepers did a good job to keep our room clean daily during 1 week stay. The facilities are well equipped with swimming pool, garden landscape and a swiming pool.
The surrounding is full of shops manned by Chinese operators and the area is populated with night clubs.
The noise of the loud sound bass can be heard in the middle of nights even from the high floor.
The hotel is also occupied mainly by Asians and there is hardly any western restaurants in the vicinity.

Stayed in the one bedroom apartment with great view of the river.
Staff are all very professional and friendly.
Very safe area has 24 hour security all along the street.
Apartment I booked came with a washer and dryer in one which really make’s things easier.
Too many tuktuks out the front and have to negotiate fair prices etc.

The room is value for money for one night as we just layover in Phnom Penh.
The location is in a good area but maybe I missed reviewing the reviews before booking this hotel. The area is all about Chinese restaurants, shops, they focus on Chinese customers/market. When I went for a check in, the staffs was like- oh!, not a Chinese customer- the lady there I believe a senior staff just blinkingly staring at me, not even a single welcome words but she did greets a young Chinese lady who came after me. Their hospitality is just not what I expected, I am a Hotel Manager myself and this is not a good hospitality at all. Well if you just like me, one night layover with family in Phnom Penh, this is not a big deal. But I will not go back there again even if it just for one night.
