LOVED this property as a whole! My partner and I really enjoyed our stay there. The facilities were very modern and everything you would need was there. The actual layout and size of the apartment was great and very spacious. I like there was uk plug points as well, great for traveler’s. The kitchen was great size. The bathroom was also very spacious with a bath and a separate large shower. Lighting in the bathroom is also GREAT. Location is also perfect, far enough so you don’t hear traffic noise outside but also near enough to enjoy shops and nearby food shops. GREAT LOCATION!

The only thing that would make this property one step better is having a smart tv function on the tv to connect mobile so we can watch Netflix. Also the staff were not necessarily rude but they were not the warmest to us. Also there is minimal storage for clothes however for a short stay we did not mind that.

Hervorragende ruhige Unterkunft in bester Lage

Freundliche Rezeption, aussergewöhnlich komfortables Appartment, Küche hatte alles was man braucht (Nespressomaschine mit Kapseln, Tee und Teekocher, Herd m. 4 Kochplatten, Spülmaschine, Kühlschrank,Geschirr und Besteck, Salz und Pfeffer), das alles in sehr ruhiger Lage, dennoch direkt ggü. mehrerer Museen und direkt am Rand der Innenstadt, viele Botschaftsresidenzen in der Nähe, man kann Fahrräder im Hotel leihen (16€ erster Tag, danach 14€) oder mit Public Transport fahren. Wir waren 3 Nächte im Hotel und haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt!

Eine große Salatschüssel hätten wir gebrauchen können. Wir haben dann die kleineren Müslibowls genommen. sonst hat uns nichts gefehlt!

Spaciuos and comfy aparthotel

The hotel is located within a short walk from a station of tram line 17. The room is spacious and well equipped. The bed is large and comfy. There is free coffee at the lobby during working hours.

Pillows are too low and soft. More coffee capsules should be provided, at least 1 capsule a day for each person.

Great value for money, nice walk from the center.

The value for money was great. The room was very clean and very warm. The instructions to get into the hotel with the code were clear and staff was friendly.

Nice big room, excellent ac, very petfriendly. Good location in a safe, calm and beautiful neighborhood. Very easy to park the car right outside. Very good WiFi. Quiet room, zero disturbances. Good beds, huge bathroom. We rented bikes from the hotel and explored Hague.

Room located on sub-groundlevel, with a "view" of a parking lot. On a positive note, made up for a very dark and quiet room.

Online they reply very fast in opening hours, and have online check in and out ( one cannarrive and leave ,,anytime,,)

The accommodation was not bad, but had several small disadvantages I had an underground apartment. One has to personaly come to show ID at reception desk which has hours 8-18 and when someone come for i.e. Conference it is very uncomfartable you have to run back to hotel. The hotel is not so close to conference centre as is seems from map ( it is 10-15min walk).

The apartment was great but there are two areas of improvement - the breakfast needs to be better and rooms must have an oven as well. I would score the apartment an 89%.

a real pity -such a good location, well thought out concept - and disappointing customer service.

Location is good. Easy check-in. relaxed atmosphere but corridors too noisy at night

Theft. My dress was stolen from my room directly after I checked out and was never brought to Lost and Found by your personel. That is simply unacceptable.

Nice executive room, good value

Perfect location for our needs Very modern and nice room, good size (Executive room) Self check in worked well (would like to know what to do w/ key card when leaving) Good water pressure in shower with very quiet extraction fan

The pillows were oddly large and made fo uncomfortable sleep, sadly. Would prefer regular sized pillows.

Know the area well and round corner from friends. Easy walk back from Harbour restaurant. Free parking at the weekend

Weekend in the Hague, visiting Leiden and Utrecht.

Modern and clean. Perfect, if you like independence. The staff is nice. You can park on the street for free from Friday 17.00 for the whole weekend.

The location is good but you have walk about 25 minutes to reach the center.

I have been there 3-4 times in the last year. it is worth repeating if the prices would be a bit more adequate

cleanliness, location, support when needed from staff at the hotel

the process to pay for the deposit in advance is cumbersome, the link sent to me by the hotel did not work properly and had me trying to satisfy the requirement for several days. it was impossible to do it from the browser in the mobile phone and only worked when done from a computer

Ground floor rooms are extremly cold even without AC Old and very used sofa
