Good basic room a bit far from downtown, but offering quieter location & more of San Sebastien town.

The room is located by the Urumea river and a well-used pedestrian walkway, so always something to see. It's a bit far from the centre of town, so you'd better like walking. But this also means it's quieter at night, so you decide what's most important to you. You can explore a lot of San Sebastien (outside of downtown) near the room's location. There's a good restaurant with terrace on the ground floor of the building facing the river - recommended.

Room was part of an odd accommodation setup in a building otherwise occupied by professional offices. Rather run-down looking building, actually. Make sure you have codes to get in.

Muy buena ubicación cercana al centro zona de aparcamiento enfrente (zona azul) La habitación es cómoda está en un 4to piso pero el ascensor llega rápido zona común con infusiones y café todo esta reformado a nuevo hemos estado muy a gusto

Good location a short walk along the river to town. I would stay again.

Location was good, very clean.

The one issue was with the drain in the shower. The water builds up and over flows.

Pensión a precio de Hotel de 4 estrellas

Ubicación cercano a la estación de autobuses y trenes. Y a unos 20 minutos andando del centro. La zona en común con servicio gratuito de Cafetera, hervidor y microondas. Las vistas al Urumea. El detalle de dejarnos la habitación hasta las 14.00.

No hay personal salvo la persona de la limpieza por las mañanas. Las habitaciones no están insonorizadas y se escucha todo tanto de la calle como de dentro. Limpieza superficial, había polvo por todas las partes. Dos almohadas individuales diferentes. Una baja y blanda y otra dura y ancha. Si las ponéis para elegir poner el juego de las 4. Yo tuve que dormir con la dura y casi me dejo el cuello. Una de las toallas grandes del baño estaba sucia por lo que tuvimos que ducharnos mi pareja y yo con una sola. Pocos enchufes lleve un Fire Tv para poder ver Netflix etc y fue imposible ya que solo había un enchufe para la televisión y el de la nevera que pillaba lejos. Con un simple ladrón se arreglaría. No se puede estar a oscuras por la mañana ya que corriendo las cortinas a primera hora ya entraba la claridad ya que no cubren todo el ventanal. A la pregunta si había algún lugar para dejar el equipaje la respuesta es que teníamos consignas en la estación de buses. Así lo hicimos pagando obviamente el servicio. Que no tengan a nadie personal en la pensión hace que no haya ningún control de seguridad.

Fueron muy amables permitiendo que dejásemos las maletas dos horas antes de la hora de chek-in. La decoración de la habitación bien y los ventanales con vistas al río espectaculares. Había cafetera en la zona común. Las camas muy cómodas, las almohadas no tanto

La cisterna perdía agua a ratos, la ubicación un pelín alejada de la zona del centro y casco viejo, pero, unos 10 o 15 minutos a pie, nada importante

A really solid option in San Sebastian but could have been even better

The location is not bad, very close to the bus station and about a 15 mins pleasant walk to old town and beaches. The place was really nice and clean and had a beautiful view from my room. There was a well stocked coffee machine and though there's nobody in reception the cleaners that I met were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again.

The check in process was a bit clunky though it end up working ok for me. I didn't receive the check in information until after I had already arrived. The owner has left his phone number there but isn't on WhatsApp so you'd have to call over the cell network. Luckily one of the cleaners was able to help. The AC also didn't work very well and for a single bed you are given a very warm double duvet and sheets. In the heat of summer that was uncomfortable.

Conveniently located by bus/train depot and river

Very clean (was cleaned and towels replaced every day). Our windows overlooked the river. Had AC. Quite a close walk to bus and train depot. Enjoyed the coffee and tea station in lobby, as well as water, muffins , chocolate upon arrival. Host accommodated our early arrival and was very nice. Had a lot of storage area to put our suitcases which was nice because the room was quite small for three people. The other rooms would be a nice size for two people. Right outside the bus depot is an excellent tourist office that was great for local info and day trips. I recommend going to Zamaia beach.

Quite a long walk to the old town and buses were not very convenient for our location. But there are restaurants very close by that are great. Right below was a great dinner. Across the water was an excellent breakfast at Donostea & Coffee. Only other thing was the shower shoots water all over the bathroom floor, so take care about slipping on wet floor. Maybe a longer shower curtain would help.

Good choice

The location is great and the bedroom very comfortable.

Our room was the closest to the main entrance so we could easily hear the other guests arriving at the accommodation. We had a strange smell in the toilet (pipes smell) but everything was spotless cleaned.
