The perfect hideaway, It is now my #1 pick for my next visit to Tauranga

I loved the peace and tranquility the secure feeling of A very nice up market area. All the furniture and fillings were to a very high standard and the bathroom area was the best I,ve seen.

Parking was tight. I was warned of this on the website and with a medium size car with cameras it was easily manageable but it was tight. In pouring rain I chose delivery rather than pickup for my takeaways. its my opinion that if you had a big SUV you would have to park on the street, but expert drivers may well disagree with me.

Very good

Location near the estuary and boardwalk made for an easy walk and getting our bearings. Room was warm and a large wardrobe for storage. Small verandah was lovely, with seating for a better day. Amazing to look right into the neighbour's avocado tree!

Bathroom window did not open and bathroom floor was chilly overnight. Others have commented on parking. Easy to park but hard to get around the car to the entrance. But only a minor issue. Train noise - I guess the locals are used to it!

This was a beautiful location, close to the water and wetlands reserve. Very peaceful, early morning walks were a great

Comfortable bed,great shower and a nice deck to sit on plus off street parking. Perfect for us.

It was quiet and private. It had everything we needed. Duncan was a great host and had a good sense of humor.

Pukeko on bay is one of the best stay that we had during our road trip month in NZ. The place was beautiful, nice and clean. We loved the owner’s kindness and helpfulness. Will love to stay here again !

Comfortable in a great area.

Great location and unit was very comfortable. I didn't meet the hosts however communication was excellent. Easy access to all areas of Tauranga.

Beautiful harbour views and close to the CBD

I stayed for two nights and met Duncan (the host) on the second day. Lovely guy. The studio is just down the road from the Matua Estuary and harbour - a nice walk and pretty popular with the locals. Bed was comfy and the facilities were clean. It's only 15 minutes drive from the Tauranga CBD, which meant I could go to my events without having to stay in the city.

I would have given this a 10/10 if it wasn't for the train that services the port - it can get pretty loud. If you're a light sleeper, I suggest bringing ear plugs. Apart from that, I really enjoyed my stay.

Easy, Friendly, Convienient!

The location has easy access to both the Mount and Tauranga. I felt the unit offered all that would be expected for the price point. I would definately look to rebook for any future events I need to attend in the area.

We absolutely loved our stay, our home for the weekend was perfect and warm!!

The location was perfect, as it was 11mins from the venue where our CrossFit competition was held and also very close to all the malls and restaurants.

The weather on Friday morning lol which is beyond all our control

Fantasit place to stay if you are planning to be out and about in Tauranga

This property really suited my purposes. It was just around the corner from family who I was visiting. It is a studio with a good bathroom and some kitchen facilities. It is really suitable for someone who doesn't want to cook full meals and a real fantastic property for those on holiday and wanting to be out and about. The host Duncan was really helpful and made his Laundry facilities available for me to use upon my arrival.

There wasn't really anything that I didn't like. I enjoyed the stay and although the property instructions stated that the parking was tight I didn't really find this to be the situation

Totally recommend

The studio was located in a nice quiet area. Easy to access, well set up, great communication from owner. Loved how close to water it was, lovely deck to sit and enjoy the atmosphere. Duncan the host was very inviting and made us feel so welcome.

Some might find the driveway a challenge going out at night.
