Ár-érték arányban a legjobb szállás egy fiatal pár számára.

Tydzień na wzgórzu w Los Cristianos

Duża powierzchnia apartamentu (80m2, dwie sypialnie, salon kuchnia z pełnym wyposażeniem, 3 łazienki, 2 duże tarasy). Pomocny personel. Spokojna okolica - brak nocnych hałasów. Przepyszne jedzenie.

Hotel faktycznie wymaga gruntownego remontu ale cena i wielkość apartamentu skutecznie niwelują kiepskie wrażenia estetyczne.

Stres i niechęć powrotu do pokoju hotelowego ze względu na karaluchy

Pan ratownik zawsze miły i pogodny.

Czystość! Wszędzie biegające karaluchy. Obsługa która cały czas tyko przepraszała a przez 11 dni apartament nie został posprzątany! Jedyne co to wymienili ręczniki! Tłumaczenie się ze karaluchy to lokalny problem jest mega słabe bo jak się nie sprząta (mycie odkurzanie podłogi wynoszenie śmieci) to nie ma się czemu dziwić że są karaluchy.

Parádní ubytování, skvělý personál, výborná polopenze :)

Ubytování bylo skvělé, personál fantastický, velmi kladně hodnotím možnost komunikace přes Whatsup a přestože jsme nikdy nic nepotřebovali, občasné optání se na co bylo potřeba bylo velmi příjemné. Dostali jsme upgrade na mezonet, všude bylo čisto, apartmán byl příjemný, se dvěmi balkóny a super výhledem. Snídaně i večeře byly skvělé, jen jednou se nám stalo, že jsme si u večeře nějak nemohli vybrat, ale to je spíše proto, že jsme hodně vybíraví :D. Velmi kladně také hodnotím možnost hotelového autobusu k pláži, většinou jsme ho využívali ve směru od pláže na hotel, hlavně když se nám nechtělo lézt do kopce v horku. Hodně jsme výletovali a bylo parádní se "svalit" do takového super apartmánu. Parkování kolem hotelu bylo vždy bez problému. Pokud se vrátíme na Tenerife, tak určitě opět sem. 10 z 10 :)

Jediné, co bylo trochu horší, ale rozhodně ne "deal-braker", byl nízký vztlak vody ve sprše. Nicméně nic hrozného :)

Exceptional. So good we extended our stay!

The room we stayed in was brilliant it felt like we were staying in a second home. Everything was clean and had full amenities if you wanted to stay in and cook however, we opted to go out for food each night to discover the area. People complain about the hill to the hotel however there are electric scooters you can hire through your phone costing about €5 for ten minutes which is enough time to get from the front back to the hotel. The staff were so helpful and little touches like messaging on WhatsApp to make sure you settled in. They also respond really quick on here if you have any issues. We will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Pobyt udany i zamierzam tu wrócić.

Lokalizacja, dostęp do obiektów gastronomicznych i sklepów. Łatwość zaparkowania samochodu. Bliskość plaż i morza. Woda w basenie podgrzewana i ciepła (początek maja).

Mała restauracja jak na ilość gości hotelowych. Potrawy na kolacji czasami chłodne. Soki rozcieńczane.

Maturinn fínn og mikið úrval af hinum ýmsu matartegundum.

Fórum einu sinni í morgunmat og þar var of mikið af fólki fyrir okkar smekk.

Exceptional hotel í

Staff were lovely sent tx every few days asking if we were happy and was there anything they could do. I like the fact that there r 3 hotels u can use a huge swimming pool or find quiet one.

It is up a quite steep hill. Lovely for walking down wherever you’re heading. Worth a £6 taxi back.

The staff is great, apartment is comfortable and well equipped. We could use three pools, one is a calm atmosphere, another with everyday animation programm. There was a shuttle service to bring us to the beach.

Nice hotel for families

The view at second floor was amazing. And breakfast was delicious. I also loved swimming in the hotel's pool. The hotel was also very clean and comfortable. There is a lot of free parking space near hotel, a lot of restaurants and grocery stores... rooms were big & clean and stuff exceptional. Special event - BBQ dinner offered great food and show.

The view from the rooms on first floor is not so great - you look at the pool and the interior of the complex. The noise from the near by air conditioners was a bit annoying from time to time.

Reception and resort staff were exceptional. Communication was excellent. Any issues were resolved quickly and without hesitation. Couldn't have asked for more.

Large spacious rooms. 3 x pools. Excellent entertainment staff.

No clear pool rules on when and when you cannot play with pool toys. I’ve been before and can’t remember this as being an issue. There are 3 pools and the main pool I feel should not be restricted to when you can take toys into the pool (unless entertainment is on in pool). This is a FUN pool, kids should be allowed to play with pool toys.
