Stay was enjoyable house is in a quite area just needs a bit of detail put into the cleaning other than that was preset

Good position on water quite area

Some of the cleaning could have been better kitchen items needed to be rewashed before use bed covers showed some stains few odd jobs on property need to be done ie rear door not closing properly(nothing too bad)

Fantastic place , I wish they had a dryer in the laundry as the clothes line is out under big trees that doesn’t get the

Fantastic location , quiet yet still close to town .

Lots of mosquitoes out side which made using the outdoor area to its full potential hard .

Uncomfortable

The location and cleanliness of the house

The beds were appalling. The mattress' wer so old, broken springs were poking through the mattress. The mattresses were so bad and uncomfortable that we had to purchase blow up mattresses.

A great waterfront property for a relaxing getaway with your fur baby.

The location is perfect. It’s quiet but close enough to Stockland or the Foster Keys shopping centre. Leaving our boat chained up on the jetty made life easier with not having to launch it all the time. Having a lock-up garage and room for the boat trailer was good, and a safe, dog friendly yard meant we could feel comfortable bringing the fur baby with us. It was hot and humid, and we appreciated having the ceiling fans to the point that now we have ordered some for our own home.

There wasn’t really anything that we didn’t like about the property. We were using the back door far more often than the front door because of the boat and the dog. Because it had also been wet, I needed to move the mat from the front door to the back door. 2 mats would be good and save the carpet. A set of coasters on the glass top coffee table would also save wiping the condensation of glasses all the time. Just two very easy fixes, nothing major to complain about at all.

This property needs to be better maintained as it is not value for money.

The location was great and the waterfront was just what we were after. The carpets were clean and the bathroom, kitchen and toilet facilities were fine. The real estate people (Kathy) were great and very understanding when feedback was provided. They got onto repairs for us but we were on holidays and the substantial issues spoilt it for us. We have rented many properties along the coast in the past and never had so many issues.

One bedroom smelt so bad we had to close it off to the rest of the house from the first day. Wharf was in disrepair and dangerous. Screen sliding door came off hinges onto us and squealed badly. Garage and side yard were full of rubbish. Outdoor table covered in grime and mold. BBQ filthy. Light fittings had missing globes. Clothes line has a tree branch growing through it and was located under tree so washing got covered in bird crap. Sliding doors covered in some kind of zinc cream from previous children. Bedside lamps did not work. Lounge had badly peeling vinyl which was all over the floor. Was replaced on our last day but the delivery people left it in the wrapping & unassembled. A repair man had to unwrap it and attach the legs and take away the substantial wrapping. On our very last afternoon in the property he also spent over 2 hours fixing the doors that did not slide, the wharf, the lights, the bathroom door which scraped across the floor, etc. He was great. Keep him please. Lawns were not mowed until our 3rd day and was a poor job with grass clippings everywhere. This could be a great property with much better maintenance and an update.
