Location was a little far out but had a great bus service. Bed was so comfy plenty of room. Easy access to the pool. Microwave, fridge and a coffee machine in the room which was great. Quick response to our request.
Garage was very tight. Their was no little outdoor table. No sink on cupboard where dishes we're had to wash up in the bathroom sink. Not enough toilet paper.

The location of the resort near the beach and away from town was nice. The resort pool is wonderful and the apartment roof top deck was great
Not much to dislike,

Lovely large apartment, very clean and plenty of kitchen items/cleaning supplies provided.
Great pool area and pool bar.
The car parking situation is not sufficient. The car space is supposed to be specifically allocated to this apartment, but apparently others can also park in it? This often left us without a car park as visitors spots were also all taken. Slightly annoying for the amount we paid for this apartment.
Also, only 1 hand towel is provided for 2 people (each bedroom). I have never been to a luxury apartment that doesn’t provide a hand towel for each person.
Lastly, whilst the resort is lovely, there is only 1 restaurant option for dinner and unfortunately it’s not super close to the main strip where cafes/bars/restaurants are located (approx 8 min drive).

Overall resort was nice - long way out of town but shuttle was easy to use, albeit $7 not $5 as stated.
Room wasn’t very clean, lots of dust and dead insects, no change of towels or linen for five days, one roll of toilet paper, not 5 star. Had to wash cups, glasses, cutlery in bathroom sink. Gardens very weedy & tired around the apartment.

Loved the view of the lagoon pool from the balcony, and the smart tv access, so we could watch our usual shows on our own Netflix and Foxtel channels. The room was a great size and it was wonderful to have a sofa to relax on, as well as table settings to eat at both inside and on the balcony. Also had everything we needed in terms of equipment/supplies. We really enjoyed our stay.
It was a bit annoying not having access to luggage storage as we had to transfer to another booking at one stage, but luckily the next booking let us check in early, or we would have had to park ourselves somewhere with our bags. Also, the pool wasnt heated so it was a little cold for the temperature at this time of year.

Big spacious resort, and the room was amazing, like a house really. The kids loved the rooftop terrace and spa. The pool was beautiful.
The resort was a long way out of town, so it was a good thing we had a car. We didn't research that enough, so that was on us. The room was hard to find too, the instructions could have been more detailed, mentioning that you turn left at the entrance and drive around. The map was hard to read on a phone. The resort was also hard to get around, with the pool taking up all the space in the middle.

Resort was lovely.
Restaurant was way over priced. Gardeners doing work way to early using leaf blowers.

The rooms were quite big and had great access to the pool.
As a private guest, you don't really have access to reception or hotel facilities like breakfast.

Apartment was spacious & well set out. Resort & pool facilities were great.
No complaints. Wifi was down for the day but property manager acted as quickly as possible to rectify technical issue.

Facilities at Sea Temple were excellent.
Restaurant at Sea Temple was amazing
Room was right next to the shallow end of the pool next to bar facilities, so at times being school holidays a lot of noise but that’s to be expected.
Wi-Fi wasn’t the best, however was rarely required.

The pool at the resort is lovely
Musty smell in room, very dated, not luxury at all, coffee machine didn’t work, t.v location not great for watching in bed, not swim out to the pool as thought, expensive for what is was, will not boo again

This place is incredible. It could not have been more perfect for our family stay: room for all of us, full cooking facilities, easy pool access, views, and a rooftop to relax on in privacy. Highly recommend staying here and we will most definitely be back.
The only thing was that the stairs up to the rooftop need some serious maintenance.

The Apartment was in the perfect position and was clean. It had everything we needed to make it a comfortable stay. We will definitely recommend and love to stay again one day.

Beachside location. Centre of Port Douglas a 5 minute drive away. Pool access directly from apartment was a delight.

The apartment was situated in the Pullman Sea Temple Resort - great access to facilities provided by the Pullman. Apartment was clean (minus some spider webs and ants all over kitchen bench).
Owner of apartment was rude when telephoned about misleading information - images on ad falsely reflected what the room would be like. Had images of a shower and en-suite - however, this is incorrect. No shower (Other than over bath which had a pathetic pressure). Upstairs jacuzzi was unusable once it was dark (No Lights). Requested the second room have 1 king instead of 2 singles (Owner missed my email apparently). Owner advised she would offer only 50% refund even if we left upon arrival. She told me that my family were unwanted in her husbands apartment and to leave. Told me to take the matter up with Booking.com. It wasn't until I complained with booking.com where she offered up her connecting studio which had a double bed and shower. This was offered to me on the first night, to check in for night 2. They then called me on the second day to say she looked at the system wrong and it would be another night without a shower (Day 3) (one of my family members were unable to get into the bath/shower combo). Owner continued to tell us how pleased they were that they were able to upgrade us when the fact is that the AD was misleading and it wasn't an upgrade at all. We were happy to leave! All in all, day 3 was better but we wished the owner would give us a refund and let us leave on day 1, rather than continuing with lies and issues for another few days.

Amazing pool and wonderful facilities, spent hours in the different zones
It’s not actually linked with the hotel, so you pay big dollars for breakfast etc but that wasn’t a huge problem.
4.0
Great variety of breakfast foods, beautiful pool, friendly staff, shuttle to Port Douglas
Navigating around the complex difficult, bit of a maze trying to find family members rooms.
QR code map supplied was blurry (no paper maps available)

our swim out apartment as amazing
