The hotel is really well located. The view is excellent. Very quiet environment. We can have a acces direct to a not busy beach, what can be very precious in Sardenha expecially in Agost. Free car parking included. The employees are very friendly.
The bed is not comfortable.
The house needs some remodelation, but the hotel is in already in renovation so I Belive that the expirence will be improved.
But besides that the hotel still confortable

The only good thing about the property was the location and view from the veranda
Customer service. The guy that greeted us did the bare minimum by handing us a map of the area and giving us the keys to the property. We found out too late that the surrounding beaches are closed to the public and need to be booked days in advanced.
The property is advertised as family friendly but the swimming pools were more like paddling pools and not suitable for children to have fun (not even as an adult I'd like to be there..)
The fancy restaurant aims at posh customers, with the manager telling me it's no place to go with children as the simplest dish they make is pasta with cherry tomatoes and they would not enjoy it, in his opinion. I was so put off by his attitude I didn't even go there for a coffee in the morning.
The property is very old. Furniture, shelves and mirrors were hanged all wonky. Most definitely not worth the money we were charged.
The pics from the website are misleading. The property looks traditional and charming. In reality is just old. Despite the view, it has nothing of luxurious and felt it was a massive ripoff.

The area and nice beaches, the view of the sea from the villa, the staff were nice
The mosquitos, the old furniture lack of mosquito nets, the beach had a sewer smell but pretty

Location
Old facilities , bathroom. Not cleaning rooms often enough, only every 4th day. Much noise from the street.

There was no Wifi , just in reception.

Beautiful location perfect for beach lovers.

The restaurant was super. Also the location.
The apartment was clean but in very bad shape. We were not comfortable there at all. It needs renovation and more comfort. Beds were terrible. However we got the impression that the resort was under build up and hoping it will continue restiring the buildings.

We loved our little bungalow it had everything you could need. The air conditioning was amazing and the outside space was wonderful. The beach access provided was amazing and much nicer than busy local beaches. Upon arrival we were told we would need a hire care to get around but we were happy to walk approx 30 mins to a local bar/restaurant and around 15 mins to a little shop at the local resort Capo Cado Cavallo. That was the nearest supermarket and an absolute godsend! Everyone was very helpful and friendly.
We were very disappointed with the bed, we had imagined it would be 2 single beds pushed together and it was but they were metal camp beds with a large piece of wood underneath the mattress to try and cover the springs. They were very uncomfortable and kept sliding apart from each other. Other than that it was a lovely little home for our 9 days stay.
We had no pre warning that the restaurant was no longer open at the residence. There were lots of construction workers throughout the duration of our stay perhaps building a new restaurant but without a car we were going to rely on it for a few evening meals but were sad to see it didn’t even exist anymore. The little bar was handy but very expensive. The swimming pool was half full and the other smaller pool was empty and we were also not informed of this before our arrival either which was very poor.

The location is absolutely fantastic! There are some incredible beaches within walking distance and their private beach is brilliant, our children spent hours snorkelling here.

We had a villa with 2 bedrooms and a great sea view (nr 52). Nice private outdoor space, more than enough kitchen utensils.
The best part is the semi-private beach. Other beaches were very crowded (sometimes parking lot full at 9h in September!), so we spent a lot of time there. You get 2 sunbeds and an umbrella (very expensive at other beaches) and a beautiful beach at just 500m walking. Great for kids.
It's very green and silent, you're in the middle of nature. A lot of lizzards, birds, we saw a land turtle, and so on.
I can understand the other comments: the place could use some TLC, some extra love and maintenance. Sometimes simple things, like they have a beach bar, but it's almost invisible. They should pimp it a bit and make it more attractive.
Check-in was rather unfriendly, by the lady at the reception. Check-out, by a man, was friendly and smooth however. Other staff was fine as well.
We ate once at the restaurant. Very average quality. Service was good though.
Very poor matrasses. Hard as a rock.
2nd bedroom is very, very small. Only suitable for a small kid.

FRIENDLY HOST AND STAFF, BEAUTIFUL NATURE, CLOSE TO MANY BEACHES AND TOWNS
The weather was a little too cold and windy at the end of may, many beaches were full of sea grass, at the CAPO CODA CAVALLO beach there was so much wind that it was impossilble to stay there for more then some minutes!

The host, the place
