Emplacement et l'efficacité du personnel

Appartements qui ont besoin de rénovation urgente... Ainsi que frigo micro ondes.... Les chambres ont été refaites donc c'est important de bien dormir

The apartment was spacious (for 2 adults and 3 children) and has everything you need in the kitchen (more than enough for a short or mid-term stay). The neighborhood is charming, clean, calm, and sportive (during a visit to the park nearby I have a desire to run along with all the people it is a very sporty place and you have no excuses after you see that they run, do their exercises, etc.) Beds were quite comfortable

It was pretty cold in the apartment and I could not manage how to turn on the radiators (they were turned on but do not really heat). After our child has a bath the water starts dripping from the stairs. It was unexpected and a little bit scary (we were afraid water can contact the light switch, so we turned the lights off). We were thinking that he had forgotten to turn off the water, but it was not the case (the floor in the bathroom was not even wet). I also didn't like a double bed with a split mattress - it would be much more comfortable if it will be a single mattress. The mattress on the couch on the ground floor was not clean.

Good

The location was great, the facilities very convenient. The only think was the swimming pool closing pattern (too early), and the external doors were not very clean. Other than that all was perfect for our short trip! We will probably come back, the staff was amazing. Thank you

Good location for the journey we were making and good value for the size of the property and beds required

The outside garden areas were slightly shabby and needed more maintenance.

We liked the location a lot, it's close to Lyon and you should really try the Sushi at TaoSushi in the village next to it, it's one of the best we've ever had! The staff was exceptionally friendly, spoke a good word of English and were very helpful, especially the dark haired lady and the red haired lady. They made a Polaroid picture of us! ☺️ Also the pool was nice, just a bit cramped/small when there were like two families. Breakfast was basic, but very good!

The bed was not one mattress, but two mattresses put together. The beds were too sturdy for our liking. Also the microwave/oven didn't have a manual, so I couldn't figure it out, haha.

Quite comfortable

Beautiful property and lovely cozy house. The twin room with the wall-creepers right outside the windows gave a greek feel to the unit. The reception gave us fans which helped us keep cool at night.

No airconditioning in the unit so with the current heatwave, this was a bit of an issue, except we got fans from the reception. No supermarket of any kind in the vicinity. So be adequately prepared before checking in.

All I can say about our stay is we would never book to stay here again.

good size room.

no internet for 4 days,was lied to said the electrician was off then next day he was on holiday,then he came,he went outside to fix it so we went out,then was told we should of stayed in even though they must have a master key.Bed was two single beds pushed together very uncomfortable.Shower was falling off the wall and bathroom was in need of repair, furniture broken, in fact all the apartment needed updating and was very poorly kept.Very bad taste and very expensive. Staff is very unpleasant.

Tired and worn out

Location

Tired decor. TV didn't work. No hair dryer. Untidy outside with litter. Lacks investment and upkeep. Occupied mainly by students. Hotel prices for student accommodation. We had stayed years ago and the decline was noticeable.

The Breakfast was good and the Staff was really friendly. The room/Appartment was big..

- Everywhere was hair, either of dogs or humans - It was dirty - The whole place was like in Chernobyl, all the rooms looked like from the 70's - Everywbere was trash and dog droppings - The shower was moldy and dirty as well - The sofa bed had urine smell - Spiders in the room - The kitchen tools were dirty

The staff were very friendly!

There were a lot of “strange” people hanging around and we did not feel so safe. It was hot during our stay and there were no ventilators so we wanted to keep the living room and the bed room door and we were afraid to do so at night.

Poor

We got a room next to the main road, with traffic noise. There were many other empty rooms. Our neighbours had a party with loud music till 4 am. The staff knew there was a problem with them. The receptionist told me that she had warned them the day before about that. No staff in the evening time to take care of it. So no sleep that one night. The rooms and the facilities around could use a cleaning.
