The environment was excellent outside. We enjoyed making food in balcony.
The facilities they offer are not properly filled.
1= no-warm water in the morning ( I struggled with my kids)
2=no wifi access in cottage ( when i went to reception and complaint them for wifi , the owner said that we don’t have access because many people use to watch movies on Netflix . If you want to use Wifi just sit by reception area and use. I mean why the hell i paid you money than????? I won’t recommend anyone to take cottage number 12 😏 its more than pathetic
3= water area is such a dirty place with lot of mosquitoes

Pleasant surroundings in beautiful nature. The shared shower room we visited was better than the cabin.
The cottage smelled moldy. Broken electrical outlet with electrical cables in front. Broken element. The bath that we really hoped to use was not bathable. Broken parts on playground.
4.5
Excellent nature with endless forest trails.
Pet fee 35 DKK per night.
Free parking, wifi.
Public toilet and showers were in different buildings.
Soap, dishwashing liquid had to be brought along by myself.
5.0
The nature around us.
There are enough playground.
Hot shower stayed for 5 min. Then running out of hot water...
2.5
The place and the price.
Actually it was ok. There was not tea maker. And the cleaning was not ok, the plates were not dry, the floor, the bed and the wall was not cleaned.

nice and quiet, lovely views, friendly staff

We lived in one of the mobile houses right next to the little lake. All of them looked like almost brand new. There is a nice playground for kids and a restaurant. You can park your car right next to the mobile house.
The size of a mobile house is limited for a bigger family. There is one small bedroom, one extra small bedroom, small living room and tiny shower.
You need to pay extra for bed linings and towels.

We really liked the facilities for the kids, the kids play area
The cabin we stayed in was good but had a smell of moist and menew
4.0
The accommodation was in a very nice environment and was a great choice with children (playground, beach).
The cabin was a bit cramped for 5 people, but it was clean and we pretty much just slept there.
3.0
Good location. Great check/in.
Common facilities a little dated. Waterslide felt unsafe.

There should be direction boards in English too for International travelers and sign boards for reception or office. no signs and it was difficult to find the office at 2:00 am in night as our flight got delayed.
.
also it was just mentioned apartment 3, but which one… not easy to find in dark at 2:00 am when we informed that we would be late due to flight delays
4.0
Good price, location, bread, and nice staff.
Limited food options, basic bed linen, limited facilities in room (no kettle or oven tray).
Wi Fi was terrible, but to be honest, I was not there for that. Just thought it worth mentioning.
Shop was small. Had most of what you would need but smaller compared to Legoland Holiday Village where we had come from. Fantastic bread for the morning though.

It is a good and nice places to stay but Wi-Fi doesn't working satisfactorily and efficiently.
4.5
Lots of activities for the kids in beautiful surroundings.
The place was not too clean and some facilities in need of repairs

the location was nice and the facilities for kids were good too .
the cabin “cupboard “ didn’t really look much like the glorious photos . Linen wasn’t supplied . Electricity went off and no staff around to contact .
staff was not friendly at all . not great value for money .
3.5

Very friendly people, ,Not too expensive (especially for denmark). Very nice surroundings, Cosy restaurant. I think it's a very nic eplace to stay in the summer as there is a good place to swim and ply for the kids.

We loved the location and the activities for the children. The staff was really sweet and lovely. We will be back but we will rent their new houses, which we didn't know about when we booked.
The bedding was really really old and dirty and one of them had a big blood stain. The pillows and blankets were new but other than that u wouldn't want to sleep in those beds.
3.5
Good playground for kids. Very nice for families
We got very old house without roof on the balcony, which is not very useful in case of rain, and it was very rainy. No curtain in bathroom

Beautiful nature, great kids zone, lake... The dinner at the restaurant was absolutely fantastic! The houses are very tidy. The kitchen is well equipped for self-service.
Great place for those who travel by car!
Make sure you come by car! We had no car and came with a small kid. It was problematic to travel to Billund and other cities. The transport communication is bad. We had to walk 3 km up to the main road to catch a bus, which goes every half an hour. Only from the end of June there is a bus from the camping side available.
After 18 o'clock on Saturday there were no more buses from Billund to Randbøldal. The taxi drivers didn't accept us because we were travelling with a kid and they had no baby chairs. We had to walk about 5 km along the main road trying autostop. Thanks to Bosnian driver, we didn't have to walk another 8 km.
Regarding the house... Bed linen is not inclusive! If you don't bring it with you, you can still buy one there. Soap, shampoo, towels, trash bags are also not inclusive!
We were surprised to pay additionally for the environment.
