Réclamation faite mais pas de remboursement de nos 2 chambres payées
Chambres insalubres avec blattes et cafards qui couraient partout dans nos chambres.
Ne vous arrêtez pas dans cet endroit.

The bad smell in the staircase leading to the room

Staff were very helpful, especially the young man on reception when I arrived, and met my request for a room on the ground floor. His English was good and he made me feel welcome, giving me directions to the nearest shops and restaurants, for example.
The location was difficult to find - a sign or two on the approach would have been useful.

Didn’t like nothing
So much rubbish all over the floor and even on the ceiling

The receptionist was polite
The room was very dirty, no toliet roll in the bathroom, the bed sheets were dirty, and there was a lot of noise. There were broken windows in the building as the building smelt damp the build was on an industrial estate and was concerned for the safety of are vehicle we decided to leave early and not stay the advert on the booking.com is not what the hotel is like I dropped a euro on the floor and it rolled under the bed I went to recover my euro and under the bed was so dirty I left it there

The staff where amazing, helped all they could, directed us to the best places locally. Spoke English very well.
Room was tiny, smelt of damp and uncleanliness. En suite was the same. Very hot, air conditioning didn't work. Found cockroaches in the shower. Slept thinking I was being crawled on. Plug sockets and light fittings where hanging off and could see the insides of the walls. Very dissapointed. We left at 6am just to get out of there!

The location
We have stayed here previously and it's been okay but mever again
◦ Shower screen broke
◦ No towels
◦ Floor was DIRTY
◦ bed was broken (top)
◦ Key card barely works
◦ Floor was coming off
◦ Breakfast bar wasn’t open and we were told it would be
◦ Bar was CLOSED
◦ overall a dirty, horrible place. AVOID AT ALL COSTS…

Location and price
Almost everything was broken or dirty, floor was terrible. They put a fridge in the room, very nice but all we want is a clean place to stay

Quite room with clean bed sheets and very comfortable mattress. Really good sleep as we have been travelling by car from the UK to Spain

The receptionist was great. Tried his best.
29/11/2022 there is no heating in the hotel. Room temperature was near zero. One of the worst nights I've ever had. Arrived after midnight so too late to move.

Friendly staff and clean linen
The wash basin was tiny in the on suite with no plug. There was just a hook for a wardrobe. There was little to choose from at breakfast

Comfy and I think new beds. Clean and fresh sheets. Easy check in. Very, very friendly staff. Good price.
Reminiscent of pre-2000s student accommodation. Air conditioning didn't work. I had to ask for toilet paper, and one of my friends had to ask for a towel. Decor tired. Not very clean. I got bitten badly by something, possibly mosquitos, overnight.

clean rooms, friendly and helpful staff, cheap
facilities a bit worse for wear and water machine broken

Not much
The broken toilet, the sheets that didn't cover the dirty mattresses, the 4 small towels between 5 of us, the noise between rooms and other guests having zero respect for anyone. Having our door handle tried, very dirty, unwashed floor
7.0 / 10.0
The private bathroom and shower were okay but you need to bring your own towel (or pay for one there). Quite nice installations and the beds were quite comfortable as well.
7.0 / 10.0
If you just need a bed and a shower for a night's rest on your way to the south of France, it's good. Staff is friendly, location is perfect (take the exit from the A20 and you're there), and there is enough parking space.
Don't expect much, the hotel is old, rooms have seen better times.
