Le rapport qualité prix impeccable, le petit déjeuner parfait la directrice et l’hôtesse qui nous a reçu parfait bon pro

Le personnel ainsi que la directrice très accueillant très agréable

L’emplacement de la chambre, tout près de l’autoroute, insonorisé, Ayant fait 1200 km, nous étions très très fatigués. Nous avons bien dormi mais attention au sommeil léger.

Manque de pression dans la douche, pas possible de faire un réglage de l'eau. Lumière de lit agressif. Sol salle de bain glissant Impossible de régler le chauffage, j'ai eu froid. Manque une couverture supplémentaire

Close to Motorway, proximity to good restaurants, lidl, good parking secure, price, access directly to outside from room

Lorry Park just over the road, which was not a problem in itself but there was noise from a refrigerated lorry which affected the quality of our sleep

All fine . I arrived after reception had shut - staff very helpful , gave me all info needed and left key for me . Put up with my emails about where key would be .

It was the only one from the chain that visited and it was with iner doors , so it was quite. The bathroom was bigger and better than in other hotels from the chain.

We couldn't come in. This code for the gate should be send to the guests of the hotel. To wait for someone to go out isn't professional

The cleaner knocked on the door and opened the door already at 9 am and woke us up even though check-out was only at 11 am and we would have liked to sleep longer after a long drive.
