I am always confused with the hotel staff who mention about superior and premier room which probably means the same ones

The property is a bit outdated, and probably needs an upgrade too. They put me on the street side level, so the noise from the street is a bit unbearable, so noisy with motorcycles and loud cars. But the staff are very friendly and attentive plus trying to help.

Room 107 & 108 are very noisy, they should have installed a double glazing glass. The air conditioning aren’t working very well too. Room 106 is a bit better.

Free airport pick up breakfast variety is reasonable scale in bathroom يوجد شطاف

Everything is old and No maintenance Bed sheets very hard and make disturbing sounds every time you move ( seems they are starched ) I booked a NON smoking suite, but the bathroom always smell of smoke coming from the AC duct in bathroom

The hotel staff were beyond expectation helpful, serving, etc. in hospitaliy. The food taste and range were good and value for money, including local food.

None, the only one is good location.

- we Booked the executive room for 3 people with Sofa bed and Breakfast. When we check in there is no sofa bed, just sofa! What a lie..The receptionist seems to be clueless! - room floor is still wet when we came into the room, good thing no one slip - overall hotel need serious renovation, no more santika clean & good hotel. Management better seriously think to sell the hotel if they cant keep up with the maintenance - when we got into bfast the staff insisted that it is only for 2 where we actually paid for 3 people. Same thing as sofa bed. - Central Air con seems to be dirty since we got runny nose & cough everytime we turn on the AC. We are really dissapointed with how Santika run the hotel considering this is one of the local brand which use to be good. Again, i urged you to renovate the hotel or just sell it. I didnt even want to give 1 rating, should be no rating at all..but no option on that..

Very good

Staff were super nice and almost all spoke English. Hotel is very clean and the pool is clean and not crowded.

The noise level could be better but dependent on which end of the hotel due to street noise all night

meet expectation for a short getaway and place to rest

the location is good, right in the center and very easy to access, the room is spacious, comfort and quiet enough parking space is also big

breakfast variation is not much and taste is just ok need to fix the shower (the handle is not working) and the placement of the electricity plug was covered by the bed (can not be used/ access)

Great location, but hotel facilities and rooms could use some updates and renovations.

Location was great and close to supermarket as well as restaurants.

The room was old and not renovated, we had issues with plumbing and mosquitoes so we had to move rooms. There are signs of wear and tear in the interior and in the bathrooms.

Superb

They gave us as we wanted, 2 twin bed put together into 1 big bed..room is big, there is refrigerator, needed for my toddlers foods..great stay..

Some need repairment or paint like the bathroom door. The breakfast taste should be improved..tasted like lack of spices. The brdside lamp cant be turned off. The saklar location out reached.

There's an ashtray in the aisle and in the front of my room, which is should be non smoking room, the smell is quite strong.
