Perfecte locatie voor ons

Midden in het centrum en toch op 300 m van de zee of de haven. Geweldig. Ook het ontbijt was super, als je daar je goesting niet weet te vinden, dan weet ik niet wat die mensen thuis eten

Voor 1 nacht slapen perfect. Misschien als je een week blijft dat er opmerkingen zijn maar nu niet

Little gem of a hotel in superb location.

Superb location to explore the City. Facilities were great, including the rooftop bar which was also lovely for breakfast.

Some other guests were a bit inconsiderate late at night.

Clean room with an amazing view

We had a splendid room with the balcony in front of the basilica. Very clean and comfortable. No noise at all. The staff was very kind. Location was perfect.

Great location and staff, clean but noisy and exposed 0-floor family room lacks finishing touches

Pros: location within the old town, short (approx. 5min) walk to the beach; nice staff; rooftop restaurant with nice views and good breakfast; clean room; living room sofa opens and closes easily to a bed that was more comfortable than these often are.

Cons: location within the old town, very noisy family room at 0 floor, windows directly to a crowded plaza with eastern parades at night. Imagine sleeping in a noisy bar and putting kids to sleep to the rhythm of a drumbeat (although makes lullaby more interesting). Silence started around midnight. Might be different when not eastern, but also noisy night-time discussions from reception area were not blocked at all by apparently thin walls. The plaza also makes the room very exposed, in practice the curtains were on all the time. The lack of natural light was made worse by the fact that the lights of the apartment are hard cold lights with no dimmers. This results in two options: dark room or hard office lighting. Only cooker hood in the living room had softer light, but nothing similar was available in the bedroom, even the night lights are floodlights. The three stairs between the two rooms make the apartment not ideal with a crawling toddler, at home I might have a kid gate here. No shoe racks or hooks for jackets at the entrance, small bathroom (no space for diaper change), fridge light not working.

Good location, but overrated

Location is great

Paid parking, parking not in same building (around 150 m away) and they didn't provide a key so every time we needed to get the car in/out we had to go through the reception. No double bad in the room (two single beds).

Unfair approach destroys the impression:-(

Breakfast, location, roof top bar/breakfast

WARNING!!! Non-transparent approach! Check twice!!! Info about window-view (inner backyard) ONLY IN ROOM EQUIPMENT!!! Not in description!!! ON FIRST PICTURES (ON SPECIFIC, CHOSEN ALREADY ROOM) are pictures from normal, „civilized”;-) room… it can lead to misunderstanding!!! Not 100% fair. I had chana to change room with additional cost.

Great place to stay

Great location - few minutes walking from the bus station, beach and many bars nad restaurants. Clean, comfortable and good equipped room with the balcony and nice view to the church. Amazing roof top terrace with perfect view to the castle on the hill. Tasty breakfast! Kind and friendly staff.

Čisté a hezky zařízené pokoje.

Lokalita byla dobrá a pokoje byly čisté. Snídaně hodnotím také pozitivně.

Dostali jsme pokoj do vnitrobloku, takže byl velmi tmavý. Mezi dveřmi a zárubněmi byla ta půlcentimetrová mezera, takže jsme slyšeli naprosto všechno z chodby i ostatních pokojů. Celkově byly stěny nějaké křivé, takové celé dodělané horkou jehlou. Normálně si toho nevšímám, ale tady byly opravdu centimetrové rozdíly.

Little gem in the heart of Alicante

Beautiful little hotel. Room was like a self contained apartment! There is no way this is just a 1 🌟 property! Fabulous roof bar/restaurant/terrace/breakfast room with stunning views of the castle which overlooks Alicante. Highly recommended! 🌞🌞🌟🌟

Gran hotel y precioso rooftop

El hotel está super bien ubicado, la habitación estaba limpia y de un tamaño adecuado y la cama era muy cómoda. Subimos al rooftop y las vistas son de cine, pero si estás en la planta 3 escuchas todo el ruido de la gente allí. Afortunadamente solo hubo gentío el sábado por la tarde y el resto del tiempo hubo silencio y tranquilidad. Cuando llegamos la habitación aún no estaba lista pero pudimos dejar las maletas e irnos a comer. El personal siempre muy amable.

Una cosa mejorable es que no hay ningún estante o similar para poder dejar tus objetos de aseo, pero aún así nos apañamos muy bien. Nuestra ducha se desbordó un poco así que habría que chequear el cierre, pero eso...sólo sugerencias para mejorar.

Super Lage, empfehlenswert

Die Lage ist mega - so zentral zum Strand, zur Stadt, zum Bus (C6 der auch vom/zum Flughafen fährt), zur Tram Station. Einrichtung minimalistisch und kleine Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon, aber vollkommen ausreichend. Wasserkocher war vorhanden 👍 Terrasse ist schön mit Blick auf die Burg.

Frühstück war gut, aber auch nicht mega spannend. Nach paar Tagen „langweilt“ es einen bisschen 😅

Desepcionante.

La situación, muy céntrico.

La habitación tenía una pequeña ventana que daba al patio interior. Nada de luz. Parecía que estábamos en una cárcel. Al hacer la reserva pedimos habitación con vistas o al menos que tuviera luz, nos dieron justamente lo contrario. El baño estaba sucio . Lo único que valía la pena era el desayuno y la situación céntrica.

Fantastic hidden gem in the centre of Alicante!

What a lovely gem of a hotel. I don't think you can find a more ideal location, allowing you to be in the city centre, but also right next to the beach. As a bonus, the hotel has a fantastic rooftop terrace, and very helpful staff.

Nothing, our only problem was that we didn't stay long enough!

Satisfied but details could be improved

- very cool location - super friendly staff - in reality, looks better than on pics

there are a few details that could be relatively easily improved: - the breakfast there is ok but almost every day the same things are available (not a good option for longer trips); the toaster is on all the time which is IMO a waste of energy and unnecessarily increases so much temperature in the restaurant; almost everywhere I've been the drinks/orange juice is always cold and refreshing but unfortunately not here - there is a dishwasher in the room but I was unable to find the tablets - for the 4-person family, it would be nice to have more toilet paper - it is practically impossible to use the rain shower without flooding the floor because of lacking one side of the shower's wall - some of the tiles in the apartment need repair - some holes found in the walls - definitely could be more nicely hidden

Excellent location, friendly staff

The location was great. The hotel is right across the basilica. The hotel is in old building, its lovely, narrow corridors, it's cozy. It has a nice terrace, we did not make use of it but people were enjoying their evenings. They were so friendly that they let us check-in a bit earlier because we arrived quite early to Alicante. It's close to the city centre, we walked to the city and an just 10 minutes walk to the metro station to go to the beach.

The room was quite small. There was an extra bed in the room hanging on the wall, which made the room even smaller. Unless you want to spend time in the room, it's ok for couple of days.
