Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher) with dining table. Exit to the balcony. Shower/WC, sep. WC, double hand-basin. On the lower ground floor: living room with satellite TV and DVD. 2 double bedrooms. Exit to the terrace. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher) with dining table. Bath/WC, double hand-basin. Top floor: 1 double bedroom. Shower/WC. Balcony, terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the countryside. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: suitable for families. Non-smoking house. Smoke alarm. On the main floor there is a lounge that can be used all year round. The house is built on a slope, therefore the basement is on ground level. In the house there is also a small bed 70x150cm for children up to 7 years. The total number of 12 persons must not be exceeded.
