Carino ma molto migliorabile

Posizione comoda nel centro storico, colazione buona e abbondante

la camera affacciava sulla strada principale e non era in alcun modo isolata acusticamente, dentro la stanza era praticamente come essere in strada. La camera non disponeva di una postazione in cui fosse possibile lavorare in maniera comoda (solo due poltrone molto basse rispetto al tavolo), fortunatamente mi è stato consentito di occupare un tavolo del ristorante per poter lavorare. Il Wi-fi, nonostante, la presenza di 4 diverse reti, non funzionava. Struttura carina ma decisamente migliorabile, soprattutto tenuto conto del costo elevato.

Ótima localização, porém muito ruído.

A localização é o ponto forte da pousada. Dentro do centro histórico e muito próximo do estacionamento da matriz.

Na suíte jardim é muito ruido. Além do barulho da cozinha do restaurante, possui um exaustor que fica ligado enquanto o restaurante da pousada está aberto. Depois que o restaurante fecha é bem tranquilo. Não recomendo para quem gosta de dormir antes da meia noite.

Great place!

Loved the facilities and the location of the Pousada. Very friendly staff and tasty breakfast! The staff agreed to make us coffee and caipirinha even when the bar was closed. Amazing!

Exceptional

It was a perfect stay at Pousada Bartholomeu. Simple and comfortable, with a very attentive staff and an excellent location. Nothing to complain about, and would stay there again for sure.

Beautiful room in old town

Amazing breakfast. Beautiful room in lovely old building. Central location.

There isn a wine bar immediately opposite which plays trance music with the door open until midnight on a Saturday.

Superb

Everything was great. Very charming hotel with great location and friendly staff. There was some noise in our room due to repairs but the hotel staff upgraded us to a room where we weren’t impacted.

Exceptional

Beautiful historical authentic pousada nicely decorated and with an amazing location right in the center of the old town. Our room was very comfortable with balconies with a view over the rooftops. The breakfast was outstanding with homemade yogurt and preserves, cut up Tropical fruit, eggs, wonderful coffee and juices.

It was a nice stay. But I don’t think next time I will try another place.

The location of the property is amazing. Also, the room’s decoration and furniture it’s quite authentic.

The bathroom needs a serious upgrade. Also, the windows didn’t block any sound coming from the outside and the first night was a bit rough.

Great location, right in the historic centre and close to everything. Decoration was good. The room was quite big. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was tasty.

Breakfast is not buffet so it has limited variety. It was hard to find any staff in that speaks English which is not OK given that the pousada is hosting international tourists. Also, keep in mind that the pousada is about 10 minutes from the main road, and it’s challenging to reach it if you carry rolling suitcases as the streets in the historic centre are made of stone.

Travel in time

Lovely place. In the center of the old town. The building is so unique and well preserved, you feel like traveling into the past. The staff was really helpful and nice. Breakfast was amazing, one of the best ones we had in Brazil. Room itself was very nice, with all the required amenities, with a lot of light and air con.

everything was perfect. One comment not at all related to the place. Just be aware that cars cannot enter into the old town, so you'll have to walk 5-6 minutes to the hotel from the nearest entrance. Just a heads up if you are coming with heavy suitcases like us. Tho we were lucky to find some supportive locals.

Remarkable experience in historic setting

The atmosphere, the decoration and furnishing. Property is a true historical colonial house, a glimpse into Brazilian history. Breakfast was also delicious.

An overall great experience in Paraty! Loved this pousada

Loved most of it : the location, in the heart of paraty, the level of service, the very charming interiors, etc. The place was an apartment above one of their restaurants, with very charming interiors, and lots of space. We felt very welcome and taken care of, with lots of advices, nice touches, etc... so much that we added one extra night to our stay

The location in the heart of paraty has a downside, which is the noise that we hear during the night ...
