Café da manhã e local muito bons!

O café da mahã, como citado por outras pessoas aqui, realmente é o ponto alto! E a acomodação vem mantendo esse diferencial. São muitas opções de frutas, bolos gostosos, opções de bebidas, etc. Pessoal bem simpático e atencioso. A pousada é boa, boa estrutura. Algumas pessoas reclamam da localização, mas eu gostei, não fica no olho do furação do centro histórico, mas é perto de 2 mercados maiores e dá para ir no centro histórico a pé tranquilamente, o trajeto é tranquilo e seguro. O quarto que eu fiquei era grande, banheiro espaçoso, com lugar para pendurar roupas para secar (isso é raro, dificilmente tem nos lugares).

Pena que o café inicia as 8h, para um lugar de praias/calor, seria ótimo se começasse mais cedo. O estacionamento é pequeno para a quantidade de quartos, não tem marcação de vagas (cada um para de um jeito e tem motoristas sem noção o que atrapalha ainda mais a otimização do espaço) e, embora tenha um portão, fica sempre aberto, inclusive a noite/madrugada. Não tem nem uma câmera de segurança. Tem um interfone (imagino que em algum momento ele funcionava para abrir e fechar o portão, mas não se usa e nem parecia estar funcionando. Achei a cidade e a região tranquila quanto a segurança, mas a pousada é co-responsável pela segurança dos veículos e poderiam ter mais cuidado nesse aspecto. Fica a minha sugestão de melhoria. A pousada está precisando de algumas melhorias estruturais e substituições. O ar condicionado do quarto é antigo e nada eficiente. A piscina está bem desgastada. Tudo é um tanto desgastado mas tudo funciona bem.

Tinha pequenas goteiras no banheiro, mas nada que atrapalhou. E a TV não era smart.

big rooms! comfy beds, DELICIOUS breakfast (best breakfasts we had in our travels), very kind and helpful staff.

some stains on my sheets, but the staff was kind in switching out for others. it’s pretty far away from the downtown area

Best money/value place to stay in Paraty

Everything was perfect: amazing breakfast with several options (including fresh local fruits and tapioca), super-friendly staff, clean rooms, air-condition and small fridge in the room, spacious parking lot

the wifi did not work in the room but in the common area it was okay, so we could even work from there

Not bad, not very good. A bit disappointing...

- Spacious, clean room - Nice breakfast

- The WiFi / internet is terrible. There is often no signal at all and if there is anything, the speed is less than 1Mb/s. Staff states it's bad everywhere in town, but that is simply not true as internet speed at restaurants and cafés etc.was fine. - Rooms are quite noisy. I could hear people talking which were two rooms away. The TV in the lobby was quite loud and could be heard in the room around midnight. - The room lack attention for detail and is not very good value for money, E.g. no shelf or cupboard next to each side of the bed; no sockets in the room except for the bathroom; the sheet covering the matress is too small so it won't stay put.

A little bit of more options at breakfast, like whole wheat bread and a firmer mattress in the bedroom.

Pleasant, comfortable and exceed our expectations.

Staff was attentive and friendly, making their best to let us feel comfortable. They gave us directions and helped with stuff for our nights in the room. I'd definitely return to stay with them again.
