de nombreux points positifs mais énorme problème pour le sommeil pour l appartement 11

personnel accueillant et sympathique. propreté des lieux (ménage quotidien, changement fréquent des serviettes et des draps). a proximité de la mer avec piscine SUPER, a proximité de la ville, parking pour la voiture, bibliothèque sur site

appartement très bruyant la nuit en raison des moteurs de climatisation de l'appartement et des appartements voisins (appartement 11 très mal situé/ trop de moteurs avoisinants) , ainsi que du réfrigérateur très âgé et très bruyant. nous avons été obligé de couper la clim la nuit ainsi que le réfrigérateur. au bout de 3 nuits j'ai pété un plomb car on m'a dit que c'était des bruits normaux et que je ne pouvais pas avoir un autre appartement! route passante matin et soir mais supportable

Great place but increase WiFi!!! Views from room were great!

Beautiful room and view. Great bed!! and great shower!!! Friendly staff and very clean rooms!!!

Weak and erratic WiFi. Husband needed to work from here to USA and had problems.

Exceptional

Perfect! We were on a road trip around Crete and we wanted to visit Spinalonga - this apartment and complex was in a great location with free parking. Our apartment was spacious with the best views over the sea and towards Spinalonga - large balcony area. Staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. Easy short walk along the water to restaurants and shops.

We came back and it was great again.

That was our second time here and it's still a great value for your money. Clean and spacious rooms with an amazing view at Mirabello Bay. My son loved the pool which is kept clean. Highly recommended.

Coffee pot and some more kitchen utensils could've been nice. Also, AC was set to a minimum of 24°C (unless I have missed something) which we would prefer to be a bit lower given the extreme hot weather. Finally, a small detail - balcony light is too bright for late evening sit togethers. Other than this, everything was perfect.

The breakfast was delicious, the location is very good, easily accessible, wonderful view, traditional and clean rooms, nice pool, parking space, mini market for necessary (chips, biscuits, water, vegetables, fruits). Bonus: coffee sticks for your early morning coffee.

Very clean, all facilities, really relaxing pool with amazing sea view! Comfortable beds - the most comfortable on island based on our experience :) staff is friendly, especially lady from Slovenia... unfortunately, forgot a name.... design or rooms is very atmospheric!

Hotel is located upper the main road. That is a reason that at night can be noisy to sleep, first night was challenging, but since the second night we started to close windows and put air conditioning on (it is situated in a way not to disturb your sleep) and slept like babies :)

Very relaxing. No stress

Have stayed at the apartments 2 times now. Will return next year. Good sized rooms. Fantastic location with breath taking views. Ideal place to relax. Lovely walk along the promenade to Elounda. The staff very accommodating. If you want peace and tranquility this is the place to stay.

Amazing value for your money

Amazing view, friendly staff, great pool and location. All this for a very reasonable price.

It became obvious to me that in Crete kitchen utensils are always in short supply. This obviously is no reason to lower the score. We had an amazing time in Kavos Apartments.

This place is truly a paradise worth of movies. The view from the rooms is breath-taking, the facilities are super (with a lovely pool) , the rooms were clean and super spacious. I highly recommend it. We will come back !

Very cute place. Even though it's apartments the rubbish was taken daily and towels were replaced frequently as well as the bedding, which I did not expect.

Our stay at Kavos

The location was excellent. The view from our room was amazing. We enjoyed the sunrise each morning. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. We enjoyed a daily swim in the sea each day as this was very close to Kavos Bay apartments.

FANTASTIC

Kavos Bay apartments were just a dream come true! We absolutely loved it. The location was perfect and it was quiet which is what we wanted.

The only thing we suggest is putting some pads under the feet of the wooden furniture as when you moved any, it made quite a noise and we were conscious of disturbing other people. We could hear a little when upstairs moved theirs.

Amazing! Wonderful! Just go!!!

The location was perfect as we could take a short walk into town but we were in a peaceful and beautiful place. Kavos Bay is like a little paradise in Elounda! I can’t imagine a better place to stay. The staff are highly skilled and very kind and welcoming.

Excellent! Would stay again.

Location was excellent for being inbetween plaka and elounda, both and easy walk. The views for the balcony were amazing for both Spinalonga and Elounda Bay. The staff that worked there were lovely and really helpful. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this place to others.

Hard to really think of anything wrong, but maybe the bed could be a bit more comfortable.

Lovely stay

Lovely room with balcony which had an amazing view of the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the decor in our room. The pool area was very nice with lovely views of Spinalonga and the coast. It is a pleasant walk of about twenty minutes into Elounda where there is a good choice of restaurants.

The beds were uncomfortable and creaked badly. We were a bit concerned that they might collapse. We were unable to use the wi if. The staff did help us and in the end it did connect but it soon no longer worked and we were unable to get on to it at all after that.

Very clean, all the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. Beautiful location about 1 km pleasant walk into Elounda. Very welcoming to our little dog. Will definitely go there again.

There is nothing that needs improving. Cleanliness is exceptional.

Amazing view and great hosts

That was a great stay with a fabolous view. Close to the sea. Super friendly and helpful ladies working there. Clean swimming pool with an amazing view. Spacious and clean apartament. Close to Plaka (recommend the beach, cruise to Spinalonga and the food in the restaurants) and walking distance (15 min) to Elounda centre. Thank you very much for everything! 😍

Spacious Room with a fantastic sea view

The view and location, owner and staff very friendly and made an excellent recommendation x a fish restaurant in Plaka! A small mini market onsite helps x a drink / snack!

The (guests) couple in the apartment next door who monopolized the pool best spot, with full shade, the whole day by placing their towel in the morning until evening despite they were at the pool x 2 hours the whole day (in the mid morning)
